    Very happy to see @OpenreachHelp and @HyperopticCS co-operating last night in Harrow to try and restore service. They would have succeeded were it not for Network Homes not providing staff to open the required wiring cupboard. Here's hoping they sort it out this AM. #Hyperoptic

    @gregpower @Hyperoptic In all honesty it has been great for a number of years. But I’m the last couple of months they seem to have hit problems. This is the second time I have experienced a major outage with them.

    A surprising aspect of the pandemic for me is how awful so many people's internet connection is. Even when they are paying a lot of money. Thank goodness @Hyperoptic came to my building a couple of years ago so I didn't have to suffer any more.

    @tommo_68 @Hyperoptic That doesn't sound good. I did end up using my own router rather than the one they supplied. It didn't give a very strong signal.

    @Hyperoptic Heavily disappointed with ur service. Been begging for internet for the past several days, no proper response & of course no internet. Dnt think u value customers anymore @GOVUK has advised all to WFH, wonder how that's possible with such poor service & no internet?
