    @Hyperoptic Hyperoptic policies are horrible for the customers. I have been withbthem for a year and looks like their only goal is making customers life misreable rather than improving service.

    @Hyperoptic Useless company, my neighbour next door has your service, yet your post code checker not working my address, no calls back, no comms at all. Now i am receiving emails stating "still working in your area". @CommunityFibre never let me down, and provide top class service in London.

    @hyperoptic @hyperopticceo How long is a piece of string? No idea - exactly! The same response from hyperoptic when it comes to getting the installed service activated - so far 8 days with no success and no idea of a resolution either.
