But for a new customer who starts with Hyperoptic can still avail the same price I was paying last year. This is insane ! Why this disparity between old and new customer? Plus you hold monopoly in my area.

Swapped to Virgin Media last autumn because they offered a cheaper and better deal. Had nothing but problems since. And now they have the temerity to hike the bills. When I can swap back to Hyperoptic, I will.

The engineer has been on site for 3 hours now and your email said it would be fixed by 530 pm and it’s now after 7pm? An update that contained some information would be a good start.

They don't harass me. I pay for an awesome service, done deal. Why would Virgin Media hassle a Hyperoptic customer to move to ****** ADSL2???

Paul Thompson (@tommo_68) reported@aaronosher @Hyperoptic Price go up a lot when renewing the contract and & if their service goes down as ours did recently it took 3.5 days to b restored and as over a weekend no official compensation offered. Would not suggest using Hyperoptic if you can't b without a service when there is problems
