    And of course no update. Shocking customer service from @Hyperoptic and @HyperopticCS . 3 updates in 24 hours for an issue affecting 100s of accounts is not acceptable.

    @BigupJeff @virginmedia Yeah, unfortunately. We are okay with the service, thatโ€™s why we kept it in the new one, but the customer service is a joke. Had @Hyperoptic once, was absolutely brilliant. Too bad itโ€™s rarely available.

    So @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS and idea if the service is going to come back on in London today? Also it would be a good idea to update your service indicator on your website in line with what your CS is explaining on the live chat.

    Any news on the NW9 internet outage as it enters hour 27 @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS ? The engineer has been on site for 3 hours now and your email said it would be fixed by 530 pm and itโ€™s now after 7pm? An update that contained some information would be a good start.

    Hyperopic is down. Circa 11pm. Appreciate the service but it would be nice if their Comms was better in moments like this. Even a template email would be better than having to trawl Twitter for answers #Hyperopticdown @Hyperoptic

    A repair team working on behalf of @networkhomesuk may have disrupted the physical connection for @Hyperoptic at Templar House, Harrow. @HyperopticCS have contacted Network Homes to gain access to restore access but the repairs team has gone home for the evening and will

    Very happy to see @OpenreachHelp and @HyperopticCS co-operating last night in Harrow to try and restore service. They would have succeeded were it not for Network Homes not providing staff to open the required wiring cupboard. Here's hoping they sort it out this AM. #Hyperoptic

    @jamesjnicholls @Hyperoptic Thatโ€™s because Virgin have an actual team behind them. Hyperoptic service center is probably run out of some clownโ€™s basement.

    @Hyperoptic youโ€™re not experiencing a higher than normal volume of calls. Your renewals team are most likely offline. Why donโ€™t you say that instead of lying, especially to customers who are looking to potentially cancel? Shambolic service.

    @Hyperoptic Hi, from yesterday, suddenly I lost connection, turned off and on the router, today 17 min in a meeting call happened 5 times, I work from home and is impossible to work like this. Called your customer service but was told because I use the 5 instead of 2.4 GHz 1/2

    Hey @Hyperoptic, loved the service for several years and always had a good response on your portal. Now i have a connection problem, suddenly not allowed to report a fault on the portal and phone line busy - 10 min wait (plus all the questions) - how can i get my service back?

    @Hyperoptic Definitely not hyper reliable. London, NW10 has dropped to 2Mbps even though I paid for 1Gb. I've been on hold with tech support for 45 minutes and then the connection mysteriously drops out. Get it sorted for goodness sake! Cheap prices = poor service
