But for a new customer who starts with Hyperoptic can still avail the same price I was paying last year. This is insane ! Why this disparity between old and new customer? The engineer has been on site for 3 hours now and your email said it would be fixed by 530 pm and it’s now after 7pm? An update that contained some information would be a good start.

They wanted to connect us to their network via an overhead catenary wire to an adjacent building. We objected, proposing a more discrete route which they were happy to adopt.
