I can’t work from home today because my @Hyperoptic wifi has now been broken for nine days, I can’t cycle because it’s too hot, and the only form of air conditioned public transport is on a restricted service 😔

Hyperopic is down. Circa 11pm. Appreciate the service but it would be nice if their Comms was better in moments like this. Even a template email would be better than having to trawl Twitter for answers #Hyperopticdown @Hyperoptic

@HannahAlOthman Depends on what kind of connection (e.g. is it BT "full fibre"?). Virgin can oversubscribe leading to slower speeds at peak times (but can be a problem with anyone). If BT are offering ~60 Mbps or less try Virgin? In Manc worth check for local fibre first (e.g. hyperoptic, brsk)

@Hyperoptic Today is the 29th Nov and I have not recieved my router. I have spoken to customer support team but it is out of their hands as they're awaiting response from the warehouse. Again this service is poorly managed and @HyperopticCEO need to look into another provider!
