    Genuinely very impressed with @AskNationwide mortgage switching service. Took me 5 mins online to switch to a new deal, better interest rate, was able to change term of loan and didn’t have to pay a fee for switching to a new deal with 3 months left on old one. Bravo!

    @AskNationwide If only that were true I wouldn’t of spent from the beginning of March until now trying to sort out my parents with dementia‘s problems in finance all perpetuated by you. it’s like I’m the very first person to ever have parents with dementia

    @AskNationwide please explain why you have made it impossible to use an online portal that has still not sent me log in details for travel with my flex plus account. As a nurse working shifts I cannot ever access the phone number either! Not helpful or safe. Please help ASAP.

    @AskNationwide Well I do hope that it's sorted before any other transactions go through today because I'm expecting a payment of £500 into my account and also expecting Tfl to take money from my account overnight. If the problem isn't sorted out then I will not be able to get to work tomorrow.

    @AskNationwide I will be working 7:30-7pm & again will miss a chance to speak to them as advertised on the policy it says 9pm then the phones still cut off at 7pm. I wanted to update a medical condition that I’ve only just found out about. Disappointed.

It would stop the pain of having to do so. I feel like I’m the very first person on the planet to have parents with dementia.

    @garryb1980s @AskNationwide Not that's ever been identified to us or by the surveyor, and certainly not at a level with significant concerns for our safety. We'll now try other lenders, but NW allowed up to age 75 and at a good rate for 10-year fix, so seemed the best choice given their statements on EWS1

    @AskNationwide I think you might have a delay/problem with your payments. I normally transfer money between my nationwide current account and Halifax current account and its normally instant. Money not arrived after 20 mins tonight unfortunately.

    @AskNationwide It was internet banking. I managed to get on eventually, but the site seems a bit glitchy at the moment. It logged me out halfway through trying to transfer between accounts. Someone might like to check it's ok. Thanks India.
