    Genuinely very impressed with @AskNationwide mortgage switching service. Took me 5 mins online to switch to a new deal, better interest rate, was able to change term of loan and didn’t have to pay a fee for switching to a new deal with 3 months left on old one. Bravo!

    @MarkMillarx889 @AskNationwide Hi Mark, I’m simply offering service fee. If it’s illegal I do invite someone to come and arrest me for trying to take care of my parents. It would stop the pain of having to do so. I feel like I’m the very first person on the planet to have parents with dementia.

    @AskNationwide Well I do hope that it's sorted before any other transactions go through today because I'm expecting a payment of £500 into my account and also expecting Tfl to take money from my account overnight. If the problem isn't sorted out then I will not be able to get to work tomorrow.

    @AskNationwide could your services be any more naff!? This is the 2nd time your online banking international payments have failed and crashed in as many months. Been trying for hour to pay an international bill. Get "we've experienced a technical error" or it logs me out.
