    @AskNationwide any chance your systems people can fix the recurring issue please where your credit card "next statement is due" date is wrong? Says 2nd May but that's untrue. Doesn't seem to understand weekends or Bank Holidays. Either that or please issue the statement when due.

It would stop the pain of having to do so. I feel like I’m the very first person on the planet to have parents with dementia.

    @AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

    @AskNationwide I’ve always had them before. It lets you select my number or my husbands. But when I select it says it has sent it but hasn’t. The fact is it did send to my husband but you said we never asked for one in the first place so definitely your error.

    @AskNationwide are awful. Blocked my transaction twice for no reason. Trying to ring them and it took me 10 minutes to get through the crap IVR just to be put on hold. Could do with all the staff members they made redundant in the summer to service the queues.
