    @AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

    @AskNationwide maybe you can help me, seeing as your in-branch staff just said “go online” and your phone line has had me on hold for 30 minutes. I want to close a savings account and take out the money, but I can see no button to click on for this in online banking.

    @AskNationwide any chance your systems people can fix the recurring issue please where your credit card "next statement is due" date is wrong? Says 2nd May but that's untrue. Doesn't seem to understand weekends or Bank Holidays. Either that or please issue the statement when due.

    @AskNationwide Well I do hope that it's sorted before any other transactions go through today because I'm expecting a payment of £500 into my account and also expecting Tfl to take money from my account overnight. If the problem isn't sorted out then I will not be able to get to work tomorrow.

    @AskNationwide That’s really disappointing Babs. You say your offer is to help members with the cost of living crisis but those struggling to feed themselves and their families won’t be shopping @Fortnums - perhaps you can add some budget supermarkets. That would be a meaningful offer.

    @AskNationwide Crazy thing was, when I complained I received a response from nationwide saying they had checked my account and it was not their mistake but failed to suggest anything to rectify the problem or even NOTICE that I had already closed my account with you. Amazing!

    @AskNationwide the letter you sent me with the pin is is impossible to open. I've ended up ripping it trying to get the pin. Can you send me a new one or tell me my pin via another method as it isn't user friendly at all. Thanks

    So @AskNationwide is so garbage these days. I go to pay off my NW credit card from my NW account….and it asks for the sodding card reader. Which I no longer have. Why are we stuck in 2003 not 2023. You’ve just authorised the app using my face, why do I need a card reader still!
