Genuinely very impressed with @AskNationwide mortgage switching service. Took me 5 mins online to switch to a new deal, better interest rate, was able to change term of loan and didn’t have to pay a fee for switching to a new deal with 3 months left on old one. Bravo!

@MarkMillarx889 @AskNationwide Hi Mark, I’m simply offering service fee. If it’s illegal I do invite someone to come and arrest me for trying to take care of my parents. It would stop the pain of having to do so. I feel like I’m the very first person on the planet to have parents with dementia.

Banked with @AskNationwide many moons ago. Seen in the news that they’re struggling to process payments - THIS CLOSE TO CHRISTMAS. They were a calamity then & it seems like nothing has changed. Join a challenger bank - they value your custom and offer excellent customer service!

@AskNationwide Hi. We're abroad & only have the mobile app avail. but it doesn't yet show the IBAN we need to transfer funds from here to our account. We've no bank statement or Internet via PC where we are here, to find the IBAN. I recall it ends with sort code + a/c no. Help!

@AskNationwide My NW debit card is getting constantly declined on an Amazon TV purchase. Despite 4 calls, NW unable to fix it - they blame VISA, VISA say they have no jurisdiction. Any way out of this Kafkaesque trap? 😩 I have no telly!
