Hey @O2 how do I cancel a SIM card that @virginmedia sent me as a data roaming replacement for the lack of WiFi installation service they’ve provided me at my new property? I wasn’t expecting to be charged extra for this mess up on their side so it’s a no thanks from me.

Took out an @O2 account as part of some 'volt' deal with @virginmedia. My god O2 are bad. Apparently you have to wait a few months to access your account online to wait until their systems "catch up" for new joiners. Shouldn't have bothered.

@O2 Day 3 with no signal in Hull. Can you do any better than engineers are ‘likely’ to be on the case? I can’t get OTP for Amazon, PayPal and other apps. WiFi calling also not working. Not good enough o2.

So I received my replacement 'new' phone from @O2 through my insurance. Finding more and more faults with it. Battery life is shocking, front camera doesn't work and the finger print sensor doesn't work.
