    Took out an @O2 account as part of some 'volt' deal with @virginmedia. My god O2 are bad. Apparently you have to wait a few months to access your account online to wait until their systems "catch up" for new joiners. Shouldn't have bothered.

    @O2 your customer service needs looking at I contacted them at 7.40pm about an order,I went through security etc, then to be put on hold just before 8.00pm then to be cut off as you close at 8.00 can't contact again till tomorrow evening

    @O2 really shocking customer services today. All i want to do is pay off my device and it takes 3 people almost 45 minutes to even be able to do that!!! Stupid.

    @O2 shocking cus service!Ring and on hold for about 30 min to be cut off, same on 2nd call. Finally got through, told I needed connections team,she agreed I was entitled to refund the line went dead.... where is my call back o2? Its not like you don't have my number. Call me!

    @mrbio1984 @VodafoneUK @O2 Stick with three. I'm lucky to get 1mbps with useless Vodafone. Absolute joke. Also no WiFi on the underground and roaming charges. Never using them again.

    Such a shame that @EE retention offers are so breathtakingly poor. Looks like after 20+ years i'll be moving to @O2 as their offers are pretty good (£15 per month less than ee on a like for like basis) plus O2 alow roaming in EU without ripping off the customer.
