Hey @O2 how do I cancel a SIM card that @virginmedia sent me as a data roaming replacement for the lack of WiFi installation service they’ve provided me at my new property? I wasn’t expecting to be charged extra for this mess up on their side so it’s a no thanks from me.

Took out an @O2 account as part of some 'volt' deal with @virginmedia. My god O2 are bad. Apparently you have to wait a few months to access your account online to wait until their systems "catch up" for new joiners. Shouldn't have bothered.

@O2 you might want to check on your so called customer service staff. Only one that seems to be working is the one telling me my calls really important every 30 seconds for THE LAST HALF HOUR. No wonder I’m ditching my contract. Ezr to get a gp appointment or a tank of fuel
