@plusnethelp @Plusnet Am very disappointed in the service you have given this week. I asked to upgrade to Fibre BBand almost 2 weeks ago, the line was upgraded last Weds night, however you only sent the router out that night. It still hasn’t arrived, leaving me without internet.

@theroyalfactor @Plusnet I can think of one where they insisted you use FB Messenger to contact customer services, then suddenly they can't reply on that anymore so you have to email. Maybe it was to do with all the customers they were blocking on Facebook for highlighting their 8 tentacled shadiness.
