@plusnet I am having increasing problems watching videos. This has been going on for a while, can't even watch one on here without it stopping at least twice during a 2min video. Have tried resetting hub and clearing up phone, doesn't make any difference. Help?

@OpenreachHelp @Plusnet It’s a business and there is apparently an issue at your end. An issue that lets plusnet arrange appointments that you guys are never going to show up to. Really shocking that it’s taken almost 2 months to get nothing.

@Plusnet I couldn't get on the Internet. Later, they provided engineer visit services and told me that actually I don't need to connect to the Microfilter as required on the handbook, but just use the cable to connect to the socket. Then the network can be used.

We had VM at our last place for years but v expensive, kept trying to put it up, regular pestering sales calls, v poor customer service, quite a lot of outage. When we left took me a year to get final bill sorted. No probs with Plusnet,easy to contact.

@Plusnet my phone keeps telling me to reinsert the SIM so that I can keep using imessage and Facetime, but doing so doesn't stop the problem recurring. imessage and Facetime are sporadically not working.
