Barbara Mitchell (@Oo_2_Oo_2_b) reported@santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

Why have you frozen business accounts with ZERO warning? You have already admitted you have made 3 mistakes and yet STILL refuse to release th funds and open the accounts. I am trying to close the accounts and cannot as you will not allow it. Meanwhile I cannot access a penny. Disgrace.
