    @santanderuk Very bad service today Been on the phone since 12.00 know it's 14.00 the phone is ringing u can hear it but no is answering it on the other end Very poor customer service

    @santanderuk my card was saying error during the chip and pin in the shop. It was working fine yeaterday and my other card worked in the shop.

    @santanderuk - why do you not have more people working?!?ā€™ 4 offices and only 1 with a trainee. 3 teller desks and only 2 working. Avg queue 8+ people. And wait time of 30 mins plus. #EalingBroadway branch.

    @santanderuk hi guys, my parents are away in Italy and my mum had her purse stolen. The thieves have already used her cards. She said she has cancelled one online but is currently on the phone to you (on hold) to confirm both have been cancelled. Can you help?

    My husband died. The administration is difficult at the best of times (and these are my worst of time) but @santanderuk has been superb and @HSBC_UK absolutely awful - they could learn so much from Santander.
