No probs but you charge your client an admin fee. You charge me for a service I didn’t request and to receive my own money. #shoddy #shameonyou

Over 2 minutes listening to messages about how busy it is/why I shouldn’t call. Then a further 4 minutes going through options/messages before I’m even in the queue. Then it’s answered straight away.

When I give my bank details to a client, they get the ‘we don’t recognise this account’. Even when it’s a Santander to Santander transfer! This issue has been going on for at least 1 year 👎

Telling me to go to a branch is not a reasonable solution.

No attempt whatsoever to inform me what was happening with my account. No attempt to confirm Receipt of the emails telling my wife that my account would be blocked for no reason.
