Got wallet back a week later but found the card was still working. Santander had never cancelled and paid £300 by way of apology.

Well clients managed it very well. Stole (inside job) credit card counterfoils from a restaurant. Banks always say No.

I had my purse stolen in London and within 20 minutes they had spent my bank balances on each card- I was with @LloydsBank @santanderuk neither thought to question this, and neither would help to freeze my card. I was trapped in London 1/2
