  @santanderuk I'm getting seriously stressed out with this. To wait 45 mins in a call that has been rinsing me only to not be able to log in is a joke. I'm back on the phone waiting. This needs to be fast tracked. You're costing me money and getting me fined and messing up my credit score

  @PixelPrincessRG @santanderuk Im just so annoyed ya know, this will impact my next 2 months now. £1k might not be a lot for some but its what im budgeting especially with the schools opening next week. Its hit heavier this month and having that money returned i didnt spend would help a lot.

  Why is it so difficult to get past automated bank systems? I want to make a payment which is outside the parameters of the app, but getting out of the doom loop of “did you know you can do this on the app” is almost impossible. Thanks (not) @santanderuk .

  @santanderuk This continued for a further 24 hrs with over 35 new accts being opened. I, therefore, had to call to explain the situation. The call handler was helpful and said he would close the new accts but I was staggered that as a customer facing employee he was not aware of the situation
