@ClemFandango61 @santanderuk I hate them machines but it's not so easy going inside a branch when they keep closing them down and the ones that are still open close at 3pm. Putting money in my own account has become such an inconvenience and it's something I need to do at least 3 times a month😤

@santanderukhelp Out of the blue - bam, no reason but app access locked. All cards declined. No access to money. Sorry, but Santander needs 48 hours to figure this out (or in my case, 3 months & counting!) Guess you’ll just have to be homeless. Love to see Ant & Dec act that one out! @santanderuk

Calling the customer care line for @santanderuk makes you lose the will to live. I hung up after the third time the automated voice told me to inexplicably make a recording of my own voice for “security purposes”.

@MartinSLewis @santanderuk every time I try and decrease my overdraft online it won’t work. This has been ongoing for some time so it forces me to have to call them which they know is an inconvenience. It’s like they don’t want to make it easy for the customer!

@MrsMummypennyUK @santanderuk They then spent an hour explaining mortgages, the different options, why they couldn’t help, what could be done to improve what could be borrowed, how to reduce the monthly payment, how overpayments work and finally, they wished good luck on the house search.
