Tim Andrews (@TimtheRed54) reported from Fulbourn, England@SkySports @England No. Well that’s my easy, entry level question. What next? Oh, btw, he shouldn’t even be in the squad. Form too poor for too long.
-

Thomas Smith (@HertsTom73) reported from Royston, England@SkyHelpTeam I’ve made 7 phone calls over the last week and finally ‘Francis’ has made sense of a bad situation ... I’m not overly confident and, as a loyal customer, hugely disappointed... if there’s anyway of tracing ‘Scottish Francis’ - the guy deserves a gold star or donut 🍩
-
James Jarvis (@JamesSJarvis) reported from Buntingford, England@SkyHelpTeam is there a problem with broadband in SG9? Connection keeps coming and going, run tests and it says there’s no problem. Keeps happening, getting to the point where we’re thinking of changing ISP
-
geocaching.uk (@UKGeocacher) reported from Burwell, England@SkyHelpTeam @itscoxyofficial Shocking service. Delighted I’m not with sky but have friends affected. Router in sync but no authentication. Sky, why don’t you just tell your customers what the problem is? It’s a fibre break, where? If it’s a server issue, then share that too.

Craig Mcvey (@craigeybhoy) reported from Cambourne, England@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam can’t get any help on the phone. My bill has tripled and I can’t talk to anyone until I pay £180, my bill is usually £33. This isn’t on at all, I can see why people are using IPTV more and more
-
Adrian Carpenter (@fizzyade) reported from Hilton, England@SkyHelpTeam That’s missing the point. You are harassing ex customers, I’m staggered that after a year of constant calls, sometimes twice a day, your company thinks this is acceptable behaviour. If a customer doesn’t answer any calls after a month, remove them.

-
Paul Gudgeon 🦊💙 (@paulgudj) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam 💯 I left Sky last month after being a customer for over 30 years. Feel like we are being forced to pay massive rises in prices because they are so desperate to keep the football and have to pay through the nose for it. I’m £130 better off.

Joe Crombie 🇬🇧🏴 (@JoeCrombie3) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Tell them you are cancelling your gay- then Get your partner to apply for the broadband as a new customer to get the deal- I have done this in the past
-
OriginalCrackfox (@SteveGrange77) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Don't engage in the "we can reduce your price nonsense". Cancel. Wait for the offers to start popping up on the MySkyApp. NEVER accept the first offer, always reject the "this is the best deal" offer eventually they will drop their pants to try and keep you.
-
DS♟️ (@Carefree_WDS) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I have this same problem. Thankfully, Hyperoptic installed in my postcode and have been using them for for free (first 12months contract deal) and will start paying for it when the Sky contract terminates. Cant wait to send that final call/email to tell them to **** off forever
-
Wicky (@stelin34) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Move off , check comparison sites . EE was charging me £55 for 500gbs and every time I queried it was because of the service they provided is so much better , I only ever wanted them to sort glitches and had to go through phone robots, now with virgin 1100gbs £30 not a glitch!

sherman (@tspurs1) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Cancel get a fire stick £75 for the year

Andy Conroy (@old_doozer) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I recently switched to Sky from NOW (owned by Sky) who had offered me a similar choice for their "Powered by Sky" service. Not only did I get it direct from Sky for £27, I also picked up a £105 new customer gift card.
