    @SkyHelpTeam Other companies are still sending engineers who are following COVID safe procedures. Why are Sky any different? Will I get some sort of refund on my extortionate bill as a result if having to wait?! This sound issue has been getting worse over many months and my bill is going up!

Absolute shocking service then charge you fees for cancelling despite their service not being up to scratch and then refusing to back down. Resulted in stain on my credit. Scumbags
