@SkyHelpTeam I have to say that despite me buying two plug in boosters and having the Sky box in touching distance of the router, the delivery of WiFi is a daily issue. Netflix stuck at 25% and not a soul on any gadgets at the moment. I know the world is on WiFi right now. Ideas?

@SkyHelpTeam Always the usual blue screen ‘no satellite signal’. Tried all the usual troubleshooting options, every single one of them. Not being able to contact Sky via the phone for months hasn’t helped.

Who’d have thought, absolutely disgusting customer support from @SkyUK paying a fortune for a package that is NOT delivering in any way. Spoke to a lovely girl named April her attitude definitely does not explain why she opted for a customer services role! DONT BUY SKY!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam broadband still not fixed by @WeAreOpenreach after 12 days. On phone to customer services for 43 minutes and transferred by engineer for help with additional data for our sky mobiles, put on hold then call is cut off!

@SkyHelpTeam @f1clare Sorry Sky, but your service isn't working. I've just done a speed test between bytemark hosting in York and my Sky hub and it achieved a whopping 3.5Mbps!!!! TV (SkyQ) is running very slow. Tried to register a problem using your on-line contact service but it won't work either!!

Hi @SkyHelpTeam I need an internet service. I tried to switch to @bt_uk on a fibre promise, but now they can’t even offer basic broadband. I don’t know what they’ve done to the line. How quickly can you get me back to a Sky service? I still have all the Sky equipment set up here.

@SkyHelpTeam I have spoken to someone who told me it’s a “broadband issue” when it’s not- it’s a sky Q box issue not connecting. All other devices are online fine. Nothing got resolved today speaking to an agent- just making me do the same troubleshooting as online which doesn’t fix my issue.
