    @SkyHelpTeam Is it common to request a replacement/new Sky dish? One I have now is the original one from 16 years of Sky service, and I’m sure it’s contributing to my frequent lack of satellite signal.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have to say that despite me buying two plug in boosters and having the Sky box in touching distance of the router, the delivery of WiFi is a daily issue. Netflix stuck at 25% and not a soul on any gadgets at the moment. I know the world is on WiFi right now. Ideas?

    @SkyHelpTeam Always the usual blue screen ‘no satellite signal’. Tried all the usual troubleshooting options, every single one of them. Not being able to contact Sky via the phone for months hasn’t helped.

    Who’d have thought, absolutely disgusting customer support from @SkyUK paying a fortune for a package that is NOT delivering in any way. Spoke to a lovely girl named April her attitude definitely does not explain why she opted for a customer services role! DONT BUY SKY!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have & guess what? They said get in touch with you. You are allowing a criminal to steal my money. Given it is my credit card, surely you should take instruction from me to cancel any sub against it? I have a crime ref number from police, you are actively enabling theft & fraud

    @SkyHelpTeam Please can someone actually help resolve an isssue with our sky q box without directing me to the help centre ...it doesn't help, and without directing me to a number that charges £6. Really poor start to a sky service and disappointing customer help

    @SkyHelpTeam my router is still losing broadband connectivity all the time ever since it went down in Lincolnshire the other day. I’m adamant it’s not our router or home network that’s having issues. Literally started when the broadband went down recently.
