Broadband speeds fine, but spontaneous and complete dropouts of WiFi KEEP happening, after several phone calls and 3 engineer visits. Engineer number 4 coming this week. Won't change the fact they aren't providing a service I pay for 😡

So far, through January we have had practically no broard band due to slow slow speeds.... You said it was fixed... For the last 3 weeks we have had NO broardband connection at all... And no help from your customer service.
