@SkyHelpTeam for the 2nd time since ultra fast installed I’ve spent 2 hours on tech support. Engineer can’t come until tomorrow. Work from home lost 2 days work. No 4g in area so no phone, no ring doorbell, no cctv, no work… sky customer services. £10 credit….absolute joke!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, I want to downgrade or cancel my sky package but fail to get past the password or ‘mother’s maiden name’ security and end up in a circuit of same q&a. Also want to know why I’ve never been given the option to move from the Variety package to a cheaper one (since 2018?)
