    @SkyHelpTeam lost connection earlier now painfully slow. Service page says no issues. Ran all check & told wait 5 days for engineer. Eek! I need to work. Whatever’s happened even affect app & q box connection vv strange! Tried all solutions.

    @SkyHelpTeam I need to change my TV package but have been unable to get through to you after a week of trying! Why there isn’t an option to edit online I will never understand. If I can’t speak with someone to change it before my contract expires this month then I need to cancel

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your response, also @virginmedia response was that it was down to your broadcast. I guess nobody will take responsibility. The red button picture quality was poor. I don’t expect UHD only a clear picture. Irrespective of who’s fault as a customer this isn’t acceptable
