Work from home lost 2 days work. No 4g in area so no phone, no ring doorbell, no cctv, no work… sky customer services. £10 credit….absolute joke!!!

Broadband speeds fine, but spontaneous and complete dropouts of WiFi KEEP happening, after several phone calls and 3 engineer visits. Engineer number 4 coming this week. Won't change the fact they aren't providing a service I pay for 😡

Do not be fooled by flashy marketing, they can’t/won’t back it up. We have spent more than 700 minutes on calls just to be constantly lied to. Avoid SKY, join Virgin
