It says that I require a subscription service to view channels (which I have). Had no problem before this. Also the Sky Mini box keeps disconnecting.

I am not paying for an engineer to visit and I’m not signing up for another 12 months for terrible service. Which is what is suggested when I speak to customer services. I am fuming that it’s down again!!
