@SkyHelpTeam I have to say that despite me buying two plug in boosters and having the Sky box in touching distance of the router, the delivery of WiFi is a daily issue. Netflix stuck at 25% and not a soul on any gadgets at the moment. I know the world is on WiFi right now. Ideas?

@SkyHelpTeam broadband still not fixed by @WeAreOpenreach after 12 days. On phone to customer services for 43 minutes and transferred by engineer for help with additional data for our sky mobiles, put on hold then call is cut off!

Who’d have thought, absolutely disgusting customer support from @SkyUK paying a fortune for a package that is NOT delivering in any way. Spoke to a lovely girl named April her attitude definitely does not explain why she opted for a customer services role! DONT BUY SKY!!!!

@SkyUK what a 💩wifi I’m getting 74 mbs on a speed check and my devices in crawl mode no wonder after all these years I’m moving to by @BT_BTBROADBAND I’ve been a sky premium customer since 1993 and their customer service on broadband is 💩 my on demand hasn’t worked for days

@SkySports Once again your Scores App fails to mention Edinburgh City v Dumbarton being played 2nite. I assume the same will be the case with Airdrie v Morton 2moro. These are playoff games, massive for the 4 clubs involved. I am watching using my Sky box. Very poor again.
