Broadband speeds fine, but spontaneous and complete dropouts of WiFi KEEP happening, after several phone calls and 3 engineer visits. Engineer number 4 coming this week. I’ve not been contacted about this before so I’m confused why he was ringing about my internet speed. I asked him to confirm my postcode and he dropped the call. Was this call legit?
