Broadband speeds fine, but spontaneous and complete dropouts of WiFi KEEP happening, after several phone calls and 3 engineer visits. Engineer number 4 coming this week. Won't change the fact they aren't providing a service I pay for ๐ก

Tried various phones & all donโt work so it is NOT a phone issue. Please advise your cancellation no. as looking into the issue in 72 hours is NOT good enough.
