@SkyHelpTeam I’m struggling to connect to my home wifi. When it does connect its okay for a while then it drops off. This is happening numerous times a day. When I run tests it says everything’s okay. I’m paying a lot and not getting the service I signed up for - please help!

Absolutely fuming with @SkyUK broadband. Broadband speeds fine, but spontaneous and complete dropouts of WiFi KEEP happening, after several phone calls and 3 engineer visits. Engineer number 4 coming this week. Won't change the fact they aren't providing a service I pay for 😡

@SkyHelpTeam Hmm, I've had an Open Reach engineer round on Saturday morning. He left saying it would be fixed within the hour! I've taken to a public platform as a last resort to attempt to get some response. Sky seem to be passing it on to Open Reach, but I'm a Sky customer?

@SkyHelpTeam Once I got to a person my call took 30 seconds to resolve. The IVR couldn’t have helped me so I think that tells you all you need to know. Start thinking about the customer experience you are delivering
