    @SkyHelpTeam broadband still not fixed by @WeAreOpenreach after 12 days. On phone to customer services for 43 minutes and transferred by engineer for help with additional data for our sky mobiles, put on hold then call is cut off!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Hope you can help. We’ve just upgraded to Sky Q and noticed that BT Sports which we have with them, not you is not available on the Mini Boxes.Calling BT they said it would cost £5 on 1 box. Is there a deal on at Sky where we can get it direct and on all 3 minis

    @SkyHelpTeam Always the usual blue screen ‘no satellite signal’. Tried all the usual troubleshooting options, every single one of them. Not being able to contact Sky via the phone for months hasn’t helped.

    @SkyUK broadband been down since 10/07. Openreach investigates 11/07 and need to do underground work but we are paying for services including #skybroadband that we cannot access without internet!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hj, hope you can help. I already have Disney+ through Disney but although I can get it on my new Sky Q box it tells me I have to subscribe. As I pay for the Disney+ and not Sky I don’t want to add it to the bill. But there seems no way around it, or is there?

    @SkyHelpTeam hi I’ve just had a call from 01552362741 claiming it was from the Sky Support team. I’ve not been contacted about this before so I’m confused why he was ringing about my internet speed. I asked him to confirm my postcode and he dropped the call. Was this call legit?

    @SantaMenon @RobJack1916 @SkyHelpTeam I work from home as well, but it's a fair comment. If you need reliable internet for WFM then your company should provide you with a backup like a wireless dongle for situations like this. Or you (or the company) should be paying for a business service with a SLA attached.

    @altrinchamtoday @SkyHelpTeam Been down at mine since 3pm … had to cancel 3 remote therapy sessions that were booked in this afternoon/evening. A text apologising for the inconvenience isn’t really acceptable for this length of outage.

    @SkyUK @skytv can you provide an update for the ongoing broadband outages in Manchester (Atherton). It’s been off since 0130 this morning and I’ve seen no communication of an ETA of when it’ll be restored nor what the issue is. It affects internet calls too. #skybroadband

    @SkyHelpTeam Clearly isn’t a localised issue as multiple regions affected so that rules out an exchange problem. Is this a core switch / router in a data centre, or something bigger?
