@SkyHelpTeam Wow. What a dreadful service. Broadband ordered 18/4, commenced 13/5 and then cancelled by Sky 7/6. Unable to get reconnected. Hours of phone calls. Two further orders come to nothing. Formal complaint made but then closed by complaints team. Simply not good enough!

@SkyHelpTeam You’re missing the point. Sky mail users are affected by your host supplier’s outage. There are enough reports worldwide from affected users to suggest that and Yahoo has confirmed they’re investigating. Your tech support offer is not going to achieve a result.
