@virginmedia I have contacted and was told I will get a text after the phone call with another engineer visit, not got anything yet??? Also who is going to pay for the damage and a plasterer to come round and fix? Honestly wish I stuck with @SkyUK at this rate

@SkyHelpTeam for the 2nd time since ultra fast installed I’ve spent 2 hours on tech support. Engineer can’t come until tomorrow. Work from home lost 2 days work. No 4g in area so no phone, no ring doorbell, no cctv, no work… sky customer services. £10 credit….absolute joke!!!

Swear to god @SkySports is dog 💩 Sky Q forever turns itself off. Signal is worse than 1990s! Missed 1st try cos of the sh1t show 😡 bit of rain surely cant do that much damage to the internet

I really don't know why I bother paying for @SkyUK at times total loss of Sky sports+ trying to watch the Blackpool game and it keeps rejecting the channel saying I need to upgrade my subscription when I have all the channels and pay over £100+ a month customer service no help!

Fantastic, no live TV from @SkyUK on any of my channels due to technical fault, no known issues in my area, weather is good and my sky dish is fine. Out of ideas now. I've tried the website help :(
