@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your response, also @virginmedia response was that it was down to your broadcast. I guess nobody will take responsibility. The red button picture quality was poor. I don’t expect UHD only a clear picture. Irrespective of who’s fault as a customer this isn’t acceptable

@SkyHelpTeam Sky Go’s download feature is terrible. It gives you 24 hours to complete the show once you start it - and won’t allow you to download shows too many times. Any reason for this? Sometimes you want to revisit your favourite show or you watch bits of your downloads.

@SkyHelpTeam I've had no signal for a week as of tomorrow. I've had someone out to check the communal dish. As it's been so long my Sky Q box has died. 😩 Can't believe I can't get an engineer out until Christmas eve! Will it even be fixed then? Nightmare at Christmas 🙈

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, there are no issues with the line, OpenReach literally need to send someone to the local cabinet to switch the line on but keep reallocating resources and pushing us back, I have called many times and nothing changes. Nobody seems able to actually get things moving
