    @SkyHelpTeam I’m struggling to connect to my home wifi. When it does connect its okay for a while then it drops off. This is happening numerous times a day. When I run tests it says everything’s okay. I’m paying a lot and not getting the service I signed up for - please help!

    Who’d have thought, absolutely disgusting customer support from @SkyUK paying a fortune for a package that is NOT delivering in any way. Spoke to a lovely girl named April her attitude definitely does not explain why she opted for a customer services role! DONT BUY SKY!!!!

    @SkyUK Is there a problem with the broadband in the GU12 area - the speed is pretty much nin-existent, we have completed all the online checks and had to book an engineer, but its going to take 2 days!!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam You had 70 days notice and another 15 days since the switch . I want a refund and if I am billed again for this product I will take legal advice. You cannot take money for a product that has been cancelled within your terms of service.

    @SkyUK DON'T DO IT FOLKS! Sky broadband is dreadfully slow and unreliable. If you can afford it, get Virgin Media. They actually have ultrafast broadband. Go with Sky and you'll regret it almost immediately.

    @SkyHelpTeam I rang and told them I have problems, then I got told it was my router and told it needed to be replaced plugged this in and still have the same problem. I have children with special needs and this is a hard time as you can imagine
