@SkyHelpTeam Always the usual blue screen ‘no satellite signal’. Tried all the usual troubleshooting options, every single one of them. Not being able to contact Sky via the phone for months hasn’t helped.

@SkyHelpTeam Hj, hope you can help. I already have Disney+ through Disney but although I can get it on my new Sky Q box it tells me I have to subscribe. As I pay for the Disney+ and not Sky I don’t want to add it to the bill. But there seems no way around it, or is there?

@SkyUK broadband been down since 10/07. Openreach investigates 11/07 and need to do underground work but we are paying for services including #skybroadband that we cannot access without internet!

@SkyHelpTeam I have to say that despite me buying two plug in boosters and having the Sky box in touching distance of the router, the delivery of WiFi is a daily issue. Netflix stuck at 25% and not a soul on any gadgets at the moment. I know the world is on WiFi right now. Ideas?

@SkyHelpTeam Is it common to request a replacement/new Sky dish? One I have now is the original one from 16 years of Sky service, and I’m sure it’s contributing to my frequent lack of satellite signal.

@SkyHelpTeam hi I’ve just had a call from 01552362741 claiming it was from the Sky Support team. I’ve not been contacted about this before so I’m confused why he was ringing about my internet speed. I asked him to confirm my postcode and he dropped the call. Was this call legit?

@SkyHelpTeam so disappointed with sky stream, picture quality nowhere near as good as free view, Eurosport not working properly, discovery + app is poor compared to other platforms and wasted money on the boxing which failed. Hope to hear from someone soon

@SkyHelpTeam do I have the right to cancel@my 500mb broadband without penalty due to the recent price increase? Broadband prices should be coming down not going up and I think it is absolutely unjustifiable to increase the price of boost.
