    @marky_mamil @SkyHelpTeam Out of interest, what’s the issues? I’ve been torn on ordering. It all seems a bit vague. Best I can make out is it’s just NOW TV but on their TV (with UHD) but looking at the package through the link will cost around £40 more a month than my current Sky Q package?

    @SkyHelpTeam I can understand that. However I’ve made a recent payment to take my bill down. And I’ve given a date of when I can clear it. A loyal customer who has three children I’m also studying from home - is now without internet and it is the weekend and half term!

    @1kevin010 @SkyHelpTeam I was told in store that you could. Just cancel the agreement within 31 days and reorder with a new agreement.
