@Paris_VT @SkyUK To clarify. The tv says there is no signal yet before that note it showed the SKY welcome page as it was setting up the box. It is connected, the box just stops working & defaults to the little orange light. Again. It’s crap.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been ringing your Broadband team all week and they say there’s nothing they can do but wait for BT to fix it and still not done- terrible service- I am self- employed and have lost a lot of money as I couldn’t use zoom and theres no compensation other than about £1 a day
