I understand the need to test the line, even though we’ve had sky for 9 years, but why in the last 7 day have we had a worse service? Today’s download speed is 18mbps & upload is 0.5mbps

Just very disappointed in the service since we renewed and ‘upgraded’ but the 10 days is up tomorrow so I’m looking forward to my super fast broadband actually being super fast and not super slow.

When your smooth talking sales team convinced us to switch we asked specifically about any down time and were assured it’d all be working on the day. Having to work from home due to covid and I can’t!

Just me. (@Shrekeo) reported@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, your customer advisor did escalate this for me but as yet I've heard nothing. I'll see how it goes, I have 4 months left on my contract before I might need to look at switching networks to make the most of my device.

(I've unplugged and replugged everything in to ensure nothing inside my flat but it's same. Only sky Showcased + Gold work)
