    I’ve got @SkyUK threatening me with charges if I don’t pay them next month. I’ve been trying to cancel since 25/3/20, 2 emails cancelling my contract, 2 promised call backs which never happened and 3 attempts over messenger. I’ve done my bit, time for them to sort it...

    @PBXscribes @SkyHelpTeam There is no situation. You put it up there and if you’re not happy with the job you did, you can engage an independent contractor to review your work. Why you never just paid somebody in the first place…

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Emma, you really don't seem to see that this is an inadequate response. My brother will have been waiting 5 weeks to have his TV set up. A smiley face and sympathy really won't cut it on a customer service level. This needs sorting out.
