@SkyHelpTeam There is no ‘issue’ just broadband is 💩 in our area. Considering a lot of the country are now working from home I would have thought you’d upgrade the lines... but no... so we struggle with 0.65 download with 2 jobs and homeschooling... thanks Sky 🙄

@TCF87 @FiMorty @SkySports I think historically yes, but recently it’s happening less and less. We’ve seen Walker at CB but that’s more down to injury and he suited the role in the end. Vardy didn’t play much in the tournament because Kane was scoring. Any other examples?

@SkyHelpTeam That it was an internal account issue and they would escalate it. However also they seemed more interest in providing a recontract than dealing with the issue. I assume your advisors get paid commission on recontracts so more in their interest to do this and not fix issue.

@SkyHelpTeam I currently have no broadband at this moment in time and constantly experiencing broadband issues all the time. I also have Sky Q which has constant glitching and fails when the broadband doesn’t work. As for my sky mobile the internet won’t work sometimes in the places I get 4G!
