    @SkyHelpTeam any offers on broadband? @virginmedia has been shambles not a day doesn’t go by without it going out. Customer service terrible too, and as always recently they simpley blame covid with everyone being at home using just a normal service.

    18 hours online w/ @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpIreland trying to cancel my account. Told it would take effect 19 April. Turned on TV. Everything gone. Call centre says the person to switch it back on has gone home for the night and it's my job to call at 9AM to fix the problem.

    @SkyHelpTeam Done that several times, it always says we will book an engineer visit and they never come. On raising it on the phone with yourselves we were told it was put down as not needed, no one ever turns up.

    @ed_sugarbones @SkyHelpTeam The problem Ed is that their tests DONT tell you about any outgoing issues. No good having 70mb to the router if parts at the hub are faulty meaning you get squat output. Basically a way sky get out of paying compo when your service drops
