@SkyHelpTeam When I can get internet on my device the line test usually comes up fine. The problem is is that half the time some of the devices in the house can connect and half the devices can’t. It’s been like this since I renewed my subscription at Christmas and it’s beyond a joke!

@SkyHelpTeam There is no ‘issue’ just broadband is 💩 in our area. Considering a lot of the country are now working from home I would have thought you’d upgrade the lines... but no... so we struggle with 0.65 download with 2 jobs and homeschooling... thanks Sky 🙄

@TCF87 @FiMorty @SkySports I think historically yes, but recently it’s happening less and less. We’ve seen Walker at CB but that’s more down to injury and he suited the role in the end. Vardy didn’t play much in the tournament because Kane was scoring. Any other examples?

@SkyHelpTeam Still nothing. Have texted and called the engineer but no answer or reply. I was allocated an engineer (name and number for morning slot) but no updates since then. I use WiFi for my business - this is now a massive problem for me.

@millyjohnson @SkyHelpTeam Good luck talking to someone! I managed to talk some eventually about MacAffee only to be told I couldn't install it on my new laptop. So I asked them to cancel the subscription. they didn't cancel it & you can't cancel it online. Now have to try again

@OpenreachHelp And @SkyHelpTeam this for installation of your services. 5 weeks it’s been. Multiple phone calls, 2 engineer visits with still no WiFi, this third one so far a no show. This is terrible service. You have to sort this disconnect between you and @OpenreachHelp - it’s a joke.
