    @SkyHelpTeam That's no help whatsoever. Give me a contact email address. The help section just takes me back to the same page, whatever I select as the fault. Contact tab does the same!

    @a_m_610 @SkySports Did he or did he not kick the ball out of play a number of times during every game? Yes! Did he or did he not make terrible passes in to danger on a number of times? Yes! Can he catch a ball without spilling it? No! Just say you don’t understand football pal it’s fine. 👍🏻

    @SkyHelpTeam When I can get internet on my device the line test usually comes up fine. The problem is is that half the time some of the devices in the house can connect and half the devices can’t. It’s been like this since I renewed my subscription at Christmas and it’s beyond a joke!

    @SkyHelpTeam why do you make it so difficult to cancel parts of your subscription the help function is no help at all surely in 2021 you can cancel part of your subscription by logging into your account

    @SkySports Proved everyone wrong with his great ball distribution, kicked the ball out of play every 2nd kick and made a number of passes into terrible danger. Can’t catch a ball and punches it out or spills it under no pressure whatsoever. Stones, Walker and Maguire made him look good.

    .@SkyUK are there connection issues in Belper, Derbyshire? No issues noted on the app. Wifi working fine but no internet connection. Can’t test the connection through the app. Internet has been down for nearly 2 days.

    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband has been unstable for months, after numerous calls for support and no help. I have given up and waiting for a BT line to go live. There is nothing worse than when you know you have an issue and your techs say it looks fine on my side.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have seen the online offer and spoken to someone in the last few days. But what is offered still represents a 30+% increase and is more than I would get as a new customer. Maybe you could DM me a number to reach your value or retention team who can provide a realistic price?
