    @PaulCaddick11 @AdamStubbz @SkyUK When I realised our broadband speed from Sky was below the minimum guaranteed, I complained. Their tech expert agreed & said on 27 08 20 she'd send us a broadband booster in recognition of poor service. The booster never arrived. Sky now deny ever promising to send us a booster!

    @skyhelpteam I have had poor WiFi coverage at my home for months, I have tried calling but as I am not vulnerable or Over 70 I can not get help. I have tried all the tips on website, It needs a booster. Can you please help?

    Hi Sky. How do I order an engineer to fit a broadband boost in my house? I pay for the service but can’t see anyway of ordering it online or on the app. I don’t want to call a number and be on hold for 50 minutes. Thanks @SkyHelpTeam #skybroadband #skyboost

    With the dish on it thats mine. I don't get a sorry just a "oh I see" my nephew rang customer services for me as I was still shaking and upset. All they told me to do was fill out a feedback form and that would be the end of it!! I am disgusted and disappointed in @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam how come you can only offer me a basic broadband but BT can offer me two speeds over fibre? Am I missing something or are they slow in telling you they’re upgraded?

    Been with @SkyUK almost 9yrs and this is the first time that an engineer has spoken to me so rudely. He knocks my door and TELLS me that he's cutting me off because I'm stealing from another customer. I EXPLAIED to him I have my own account and dish. He then points to the side

    @Aleksan37800601 @TommyMourinho5 @SkySports I'm not sure why you've taken offence, I said he was a great player, even he knows it was time to move on as he's not got the legs for the premier league anymore, not his fault, just reality. I'd love a prime Matic at United but we never got that version of the player.

    @SkyUK why have you made so difficult to find the sky customer services phone number? To the point I google it, find ‘lots’ online, and I have to divulge my account details and password to them - when I don’t even know if it’s really sky ? Why is the number hidden away ???

    @SkyHelpTeam for the last three days our Sky Fibre has been constantly cutting out. We’ve tried resetting the router countless times and it’s done nothing to help it. What can we (or you) do?
