@SkyHelpTeam currently on the line with the most rude and incompetent help desk advisor i have ever come across at any company Genuine issue with a renewal two weeks ago not being processed. Advisor not helping. Wont give his name or pass me to a mgr. He has now put me on hold!

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam so about 20mins later after the call, our sky gets cut off, and about 20 mins ago, again my dad had answered another call from openreach and straight after putting the phone down our sky gets cut off. This is ridiculous, as we do pay the bills with you guys.
