    Hello again @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK once again I’ve completely been taken off line. Third time in about 10 months. This is appalling. As soon as I speak to someone I’m cancelling and moving on. Terrible company.

    @okeyblokey @SkyHelpTeam links that told me my broadband wasn’t working & how to fix this myself, which I’d tried hundreds of times over the last 12 months. In the past we’d accepted oh so slow internet, but now we’re relying on connectivity to be able to work, I’m guessing an alternative is on the cards

    @SkyHelpTeam The issue yesterday (saying resolved) about not being able to connect to a stream on SkyGo is still going on - neither my laptop nor tablet can connect to a stream (live or pre-recorded). My internet is fine (eg iPlayer will stream)

    Now I've left @SkyUK after trying to make contact for over a month. @SkyHelpTeam your service is is amazingly bad. I will go with another.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Absolutely shocked and disappointed in customer service from Stoyan today. Asking for clarification and he ended the call. Also telling me not to use sky box and sky broadband together. Might as well have dial up internet if I can't use both together

    When your broadband is forever dropping out resulting in engineer visits, then @SkyUK email you telling you they’re upping the cost. Absolute joke increasing the cost with no extra service provided!!

    @virginmedia my wifi is constantly going down, it's happened 4 times today, so frustration. Why do I pay £74 pound a month for this service!? Really thinking of switching to @SkyUK

    @okeyblokey @SkyHelpTeam Thankfully we’ve not been hit financially as many have & I suppose the inevitable price rises are something that every @SkyUK user has come to expect. Aside from the awful quality broadband we get & the lack of use we get from the TV we pay for, my main gripe would be the glib

    @chrislepkowski @SkySports Was annoying me, meant to be impartial, but the excitement in his voice when United did anything. Poor research from @SkySports apparently it was an Allardyce team that got a point at the Etihad

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your help. I am not looking for loss of earnings, but rather compensation for a service which keeps failing. I have been with Sky for nine years, but will have to file a complaint based on this year alone.
