    @SkyHelpTeam Your website still says ‘couple of hours’ A more accurate time frame is needed for people to plan their lives. Working from home is an issue with no internet. The communication from your end has been very poor. Are we talking months here ? Weeks ?

    @SkyUK have just set up sky go on my PS5 most things are working great however when I try and watch certain series on box sets(sky witness) I get the error message. You will need to be a Sky TV customer with the relevant pack to watch this program I have the entertainment package

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes internet went off on 11.2 at around 8.40pm outage was fixed 4.3 now awaiting an engineer to fix my hub which should be done tomorrow 6.3
