@SkyHelpTeam Hi, earlier today I had my broadband connection cut off. I called to be told it shall take up to 5 working days for an engineer to fix the issue in the area. Not a great time to loose internet whilst in isolation.

@SkyHelpTeam people are out of work locked at home with children who are unsettled couldn't you do something to help, free movies or kids channels at weekends or for a certain time during the day. It won't hurt your profits that much and will probably gain more customers

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve ran the tests & it’s been reported. It’s frustrating that the service is either operational and off, I could put up and understand a slowing of broadband speeds but to keep repeatedly loosing connection is not satisfactory given we are supposed to run a business from home.

@SkyHelpTeam My home internet is down for more than 3 hrs now and Open Reach engineer resolution time is 2-5 working days!!! When most ppl have no choice but to work from home, having no internet for so many days is just not acceptable!!
