That’s one of the reasons I stayed even though they weren’t the cheapest. In recent times the standard has fallen off a cliff.

They call me on a daily basis on different numbers even though it's the same people. They are aggressive and often call back when you hang up on them @skyuk need to do something about them

They'll try and say oh it's a mistake and we've resolved it so there's no need for the SAR but make sure you get that recording regardless. Then hammer the bastards.
