    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Absolutely shocked and disappointed in customer service from Stoyan today. Asking for clarification and he ended the call. Also telling me not to use sky box and sky broadband together. Might as well have dial up internet if I can't use both together

    Hi @VodafoneUK my @SkyUK Broadband has gone down and like many people i am having to work from home. I have back to back online meetings today, fancy doing me a favour and giving me unlimited data for the day so i can hotspot my laptop from my phone! Pretty please! 🥺

    @Lisa211006 @_hammerbear @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been with Sky for years. Their customer service used to be outstanding. That’s one of the reasons I stayed even though they weren’t the cheapest. In recent times the standard has fallen off a cliff.

    @virginmedia my wifi is constantly going down, it's happened 4 times today, so frustration. Why do I pay £74 pound a month for this service!? Really thinking of switching to @SkyUK

    @okeyblokey @SkyHelpTeam Thankfully we’ve not been hit financially as many have & I suppose the inevitable price rises are something that every @SkyUK user has come to expect. Aside from the awful quality broadband we get & the lack of use we get from the TV we pay for, my main gripe would be the glib

    @okeyblokey @SkyHelpTeam links that told me my broadband wasn’t working & how to fix this myself, which I’d tried hundreds of times over the last 12 months. In the past we’d accepted oh so slow internet, but now we’re relying on connectivity to be able to work, I’m guessing an alternative is on the cards

    @SkyHelpTeam The issue yesterday (saying resolved) about not being able to connect to a stream on SkyGo is still going on - neither my laptop nor tablet can connect to a stream (live or pre-recorded). My internet is fine (eg iPlayer will stream)

    @England @GarethSouthgate @SkySports Harry kane has not earned a starting place in the team tonight after 3 poor performances keep him on the bench. Sterling and saka should be starting as they are not scared to run at goal we need to win not keep passing backwards C'MON ENGLAND

    @SkyHelpTeam there is an outstanding cancellation on my account since May. Please sort this as can’t amend or cancel my account and my subscription ends soon. I have tried twice to get it cancelled (12th & 29th June). Still waiting.

    @SkySports been bad for England for ages. If he was playing for a Club in this comp, he'd be on the bench and DCL would be playing. Too easy to say "He will find his form" this should not be the case in a major tournament. Put him on the bench!
