@SkyHelpTeam It came up with “experiencing a technical issue” - couldn’t watch any on demand content, no cinema, box sets etc.. only live programs. I checked the service status page and it confirmed there was an issue in our area. It worked the next night.

@mattwebbELC @SkyUK Mate I'm telling ya @SkyUK are useless, their engineer came out to fix my mums neighbours TV, while he was there he knocked my Mums TV out and she's been told she has to wait a week for them to fix what they broke, useless customer service too

Okay here’s a little quandary for you. You pay for a service which you cannot use because the equipment you have paid for to access the service is faulty so you need to pay for an engineer to come out to fix the equipment to access the service 🤔 @SkyHelpTeam
