    @SkyHelpTeam That was me having fun but the actual frustration here is getting rid of him as a customer after so long, it's sky putting on 'new channels' which show repeats or the same programme on more than 1 channel at a time! I'm thrilled he won't be getting ripped off by sky anymore!

    @SkyUK you place an order pay extra for next day delivery and it doesn’t turn up. You ring sky who then tell you they can’t help because it is an online order but before that when I first called and held on for 10 minutes they cut me off #frustrated.

    @SkyHelpTeam When you download the app it tries to start but the screen just goes black. Only way out is to turn the system off again. Downloaded the app a few times and it happens every time. Tried on different TVs too. I think there is an issue with the app on the PlayStation store
