    😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

    @SkyUK this the second month you have taken full payment from me despite telling me you would refund 2 weeks worth of my bill because of equipment failure of new skyQ boxes under 6 months old failed and I had not tv service for 16 days. Why should I pay for your failure

    @SkyHelpTeam what is going on?! Open reach appointment booked and never showed. Now been on the phone for over 2 hours after being told you’d call me back. No one is helping. If this is how you treat your loyal customers then we better leave.

    @SkyHelpTeam I said I had limited time. I had 2 hours yesterday and you still couldn’t finalise it. Problem is you have to set aside at least an hour to review your contract. I was quoted a renewal price higher than your online offers that the he didn’t know about. Frustrated.
