😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

@SkyUK this the second month you have taken full payment from me despite telling me you would refund 2 weeks worth of my bill because of equipment failure of new skyQ boxes under 6 months old failed and I had not tv service for 16 days. Why should I pay for your failure

@SkyHelpTeam I can't use this page as my nan doesn't have broadband or a log in. An engineer wouldn't be able to visit her home due to lockdown. From what I can tell its not only Bath that's having issues.

Well, @ThreeUK broadband is pretty ****, ngl. Constant downtime. Unreliable speeds. Sudden drops. Won't be renewing this, I'd rather have pathetically slow @SkyHelpTeam that works consistently.
