@SkyUK this the second month you have taken full payment from me despite telling me you would refund 2 weeks worth of my bill because of equipment failure of new skyQ boxes under 6 months old failed and I had not tv service for 16 days. Why should I pay for your failure

😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

@SkyHelpTeam Why since the early hours this morning have BBC, ITV and Channel 4 stopped working? Message on screen reads channel is affected by a problem with your satellite signal. All other channels are fine so don't understand how this is a signal problem?

Last month has been a nightmare with Sky Broadband. OpenReach engineer out last week to fix a problem outside the property. Fast forward to last night, same problem only this time the internet is dropping every 30 mins. Got to wait 4 days for another engineer now @SkyHelpTeam
