@SkyHelpTeam Iv done that multiple times. A lot of the time the connection refuses to connect. I think there is an issue with the router. The internet drops out a lot.

@SkyUK can you tell me if there's a problem with your Internet please. My Internet light is orange on my router, I've followed all the usual, check cable connections, restarted it etc. It's a bit inconvenient right now and has a knock on effect on the TV

@SkyHelpTeam numerous attempts but Complaint Form fails, explain why, when spent hours just renegotiated 18 mth contract Sky intend inc. Signature TV from £11 to £13/mth (18.18% inc) HD from £8 to £9/mth (12.5% inc) not 8.1% rpi -absolutely disgusting surely this an error??

My complaint to @SkyHelpTeam was about what I said were unfair terms of a contract offer in January (eg sign in January still possibly subject to April increase at undisclosed amount and new price apply immediately not from April). Ombudsman issue: Unfair contract
