    @SkyHelpTeam But this is EVERY year with the same response. The online steps dont help when the broadband is intermittent for 2-3 hours or more. Always in the eve. And always for up to month before the clocks go back and then a few days after. Contract is up for renewal too...🤔 #predictable

    @SkyUK can you tell me if there's a problem with your Internet please. My Internet light is orange on my router, I've followed all the usual, check cable connections, restarted it etc. It's a bit inconvenient right now and has a knock on effect on the TV

    @SkyHelpTeam Iv done that multiple times. A lot of the time the connection refuses to connect. I think there is an issue with the router. The internet drops out a lot.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, my Internet has been seriously slow for days now. I was told you would check it regularly and sort out any issues as they happen. Obviously that isn't happening. It's having a big impact on ability to work from home.

    @SkyHelpTeam I did. But for the umpteenth time (and over the past 8 years too) it was saying it was something do with microfilters. It has never been anything to do with microfilters. Trying to fill a form for daughter's school before their cutoff was frustrating. It seems to be back on now.

    @SkyHelpTeam I hope so too Sky gave me 2 free sky Q Tv boxes after both of my old HD boxes stopped working last month I have the sky insurance that qualifies the 2 Q boxes coming tomorrow I hope they work like the agent on the phone said or I’ll be cancelling my sky acc after 25yrs service

    @OmphileKingsley @UTDBradleyy @AFTVMedia These couple of fans have huge viewership and even made it to skysports, they give the fans a horrible image This was made even worse when you have the 2 biggest ones (Troopz and DT) go to jail and the other make money from Arteta out t-shirts

    @SkyUK I have changed my sky account to Signature in the last couple of days and since then I cannot access my recordings or record any programmes. I need to speak with someone but cannot find a contact number. PLEASE HELP or I will have to remove it as it is useless

    @bt_uk This is not helpful at all. @SkyUK tells me it is local British Telecom exchange that is the problem. Please direct me to whoever runs that.

    @SkyHelpTeam If you don't get your connection issues sorted out then I will be forced to change providers. For a month now your connections cut out daily and it prevents me doing my job. I need a reliable provider and your service is very, very poor. Sort it out or I'm leaving.
