    @SkyHelpTeam Not sure what the point in having a full year warranty then ! Insurance would not normally be bought until after warranty has finished .. poor form indeed for someone who has been with you over 20 years .. I moved all phones over to you in good faith over the last year

    @SkyHelpTeam No but the repair needed Cos screen is green . U won’t repair cos their is a small crack incorner phone which has NOTHING to do with fault itself .. that’s the issue

    Absolutely appalled with the service of @SkyUK ! Waited twice for an engineer and today they had the courtesy of calling me saying they were on their way only to then send a text rescheduling 40 mins later for 2 days time ! @SkyUK I am completely let down by your service

    @SkyHelpTeam so I’m a key worker on the test and trace programme and my internet keeps dropping not good when your calling people I’ve just been told I lll have to wait a week for an issue that’s supposedly need sorted 3 times what Petia say basically tough it’s domestic only

    @SkyHelpTeam moving into a temporary accommodation tomorrow, I am moving my TV, Phone and Internet service with me, unfortunately I have been told it will be another 2 and a half weeks before internet is installed, is there any option of getting round this or doing sooner?

    @SkyHelpTeam poor service today -im a premium customer -3 mobiles w/u & sky prem customer spending over £200/month . My phone is broke & despite having had it less than a year I’m told not covered on warranty u expect me to pay £400 to repair WTF /it cost less to replace 🤬🤬

    Had enough fighting the shite WiFi from @SkyUK mini boxes Forcing a device to 2.4ghz and speeds between 0mb and 1mb down. Glad I still have my @NETGEAR nighthawk in AP mode. Time to move devices back! Rather have quality/speed over slight extra range!

    @SkySports Hopefully Mo looks at the Spanish league as a massive step down now. Hazard and Coutinho ruined their careers by moving to the broken two from English football. The grass is far from greener in Spain these days. PSG the only worry but that league should put off the elite.
