    Everyone using @SkyUK Broadband, what devices to have connected and how many? Am getting fed up @virginmedia this year. Nothing but issue and disconnections! Customer service non existent, engineers unable to help unless were happy to have no internet until January!

    What a massive screw up that @skysports and @btsportfootball aren’t showing the biggest game of the season so far #LFC v #Spurs with Amazon streaming it instead. That’s nearly as bad as leaving a chance that Italy could play Argentina in Naples.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I have been waiting for a Sky engineer from 8am to 5pm, and nobody has shown up. Spoken to customer services and they have said won’t be able to install until the new year. I’m a new sky customer, what an appalling service. How will this be sorted?

    @SkyHelpTeam morning, broadband issues in EN11, intermittent, 2 mins working, 2 mins off, etc. Obviously all troubleshooting/diagnostics are useless as it’s sometimes working. Been the case for at least 24 hours, & getting worse (ie, outages more regular). Issues you’re aware of?

    @lloydi @SkyHelpTeam It’s probably that your HDMI switcher doesn’t support your sky box’s standard. The switchers are normally pretty cheaply made unfortunately. The sky box might be 4K 60htz and the switcher won’t cope. Does this sound plausible?

    @ast_carter @SkyUK @virginmedia So obviously you have been working from home. What else do you have connected, did you notice any difference in speeds? When mine works getting 200+mb speeds but even that I’m still thinking it’s slow at times.

    I believe the ball went out however #var and #PremierLeague are now frantically sorting it so this never happens to Man Utd themselves in a game, and not surprisingly @SkySports haven’t done a Hawkeye type angle and only show the behind goal views which only prove so much

    @SkyHelpTeam I contacted the complaints team, they called me back while I was at work and can’t answer my phone, then closed the complaint, they’re supposed to try 3 times but that didn’t happen either. 😡😡

    @SkyHelpTeam That doesn’t help does it?? I asked if there was a booster or maybe a different router I can use, I get signal on and off it’s not constant in 2 of the rooms, ie it drops out no wifi

    @SkyHelpTeam Reset mother’s Sky ID, says download speed is 1.3mb/s. Claims it’s “OK”. It is not OK. As I’ve already stated, it is practically unuseable. How are you going to fix it please?

    @SkyHelpTeam Honestly the PC version of sky go had been a dumpster fire for years, and every update I hope for better, but nope. Playback from local SkyQ is fine on tablet/SkyQ mini, but pc looks terrible!
