@SkyHelpTeam not the greatest service I expected for paying nearly £40 per month for home tel/Broadband, 1mont poor service and it just feels no one is interested in getting it fixed, feel really let down. I am takin service back to EE.

@virginmedia I phoned up today to find out why I was paying £50 a month for internet when a new customer pays £35. I was basically told to accept it so I think I’ll look at moving to @SkyUK for £27 a month.

@dtoole764 @SkyUK I live in a big block of flats and the box they need has lots of connections. What happens is openreach come and fiddle around for a new customer and end up knocking someone else off.

Just "upgraded" our Sky broadband package to the "Superfast" package. One problem, it isn't "Superfast", it's bloody slower than the previous package. Our line is capable of 56mb, and is meant to be set at that, but, according to my account, is only capable of 35mb @SkyHelpTeam

@Craig_Pankhurst @SkyHelpTeam Same issues at gf's. Connection so bad was unable to work from hers. Spent weeks trying to get sense from @skyhelpteam who were atrocious. Did some research. Accessed & changed router settings myself & got 4x faster instantly. I'm with With virgin, will never touch sky.
