@SkyHelpTeam Yes, it’s an external fault. Disappointed that @OpenreachHelp haven’t managed to fix this issue seeing as we live 20m from the exchange. The downtime is having a big impact on working from home!

@SkyHelpTeam It just says line is slower than normal. But as I said it drops every 2 mins. Been bad for months but never like this. Was told months ago there was a fault but at the exchange & someone would fix it. They never did & now it's just unusable

@SkyHelpTeam had sky broadband and TV installed Friday afternoon. Worked till Saturday afternoon then lost everything! One hour phone call on Sunday, spoke to 4 separate people all of whom said we cant help! Now have to wait for an engineer till Wednesday! Welcome to Sky!

@SkyHelpTeam Thank Nathan but this is not a "technical issue" you can fix, it's a system level issue. It's the ridiculous hoops Sky Q makes you jump through to reconnect equipment that has always been connected. Push this button, go and press this button on another device, restart this etc
