@SkyHelpTeam had an engineer in to fix a problem with the phone, but now the broadband is not connecting all day since he's been. Any way to fix this as it's impossible to work from home without internet.

@Lewis47234913 @SkyHelpTeam Don’t bother. I’m 7-8 weeks in waiting for super fast broadband and we’ve had no internet in all that time. Customer service keep telling me it’s open reach but no one is connecting us. 5 children, (3 school age) and 1 adult working at home and no internet at all.

@SkyHelpTeam The problem is that both mini boxes freeze and/or go mute for seconds or minutes when first switched on. Sometimes it lasts 10 mins. Occasionally it lasts over an hour.

@skyuk. This service really sucks. Internet failure at 15.55. Called the support line who said there’s no problem on the line. Engineer booked for Thurs pm. Turns out there’s an outage across the whole area. Why did your support desk not know this?

@SkyHelpTeam been having problems with both my Sky Q Mini Boxes, cannot watch any recordings and cant access most channels from 105 onwards, have done a master reset but makes no difference, broadband is fine, wi-fi is fine, software version up to date, i’m so upset, bin next 🤬

@SkySports @premierleague been a football season ticket holder since 1986 - if VAR carries on ruining football then will not renew and cancel sky - your choice but in 5 years you may find empty stadiums the normal as fans leave

Any one know how much these @SkyUK new Glass TV's will cost no dish or ariel required anymore, I always thought this would happen, basically the same as landlines are going to go. Everything will come down your 5G signal and wires etc will be things of the past. #technologytrends

@SkyUK I guess, I’m unlucky if luck comes from your subcontractor not running a verification test on the line before leaving. Now we have no internet for 2-5 days while you send another engineer to fix what the first one screwed up. Great SLA guys.

@whatgearreviews @SkyUK It's a mid range 60hz TV withch a chunky chassis and no way to remove the sound bar, no HDMI out to an amp, on a credit agreement to replace your current high end TV, plus the cost of a sky subscription. No tuner or local recordings if broadband is down, you watch nothing.

@PcCentric @SkyUK Which is why Sky are offering this on finance rather than selling the product outright. Sky are creating e-waste and targeting the least fortunate, having people pay for an unnecessary & unneeded product/service and then locking them in for years.
