So it's 2022 & yet @SkyUK cannot handle a bit of bad weather, I missed the end of @BlueBloods_CBS here in Liverpool, England because Sky are shite, why do we pay our bills when we are missing the shows we love, their tech is shite & their tech support is even worse???

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Tony, I was running that test repeatedly through yesterday afternoon, evening and night and each time it just told me there is a problem and it’s usually fixed within a few hours. It seemed to take till nearly breakfast time to be up and running again.

@SkyHelpTeam It shouldn't be that hard regardless. I shouldnt have to click past the contact us page, in fact, NO ONE SHOULD, to ACTUALLY CONTACT YOU. Get yo' web designer to get the main customer service number on the contact us page, pronto. As sky customers, we're not asking: we're telling

@freesat_tv It's 1gb hd (new model) it's a @SkyHelpTeam problem as phones won't play iPlayer either but that can't/won't help as it all works when not connected to there network

@SkyHelpTeam I've signed in before but when I tried to watch something last night I had to sign in, don't want this to be a regular thing if this happens when I'm away my parents won't be able to access it.

@SkyHelpTeam I checked that yesterday but as my speeds are fine there no option to check it plus when I tried to call I was on hold for 2 hours then got cut off at 9 whenit closed. From previous experience there is a problem within your network causing the dropouts normally in the exchange

@SkyHelpTeam hi, I’m having issues logging back into Apple TV+ via Sky Q. Was fine yesterday but seems to have signed me out. When I try to login it tells me I need to subscribe but I’m already an existing Apple One customer. Other Apple devices all login ok so it’s a sky problem

January is the time to sell then redouble our efforts to sign a younger goalscoring striker to replace him. However, we all know this won't happen.
