Saying its down openreach and room in the junction box, then you promise it'll be 1/9 but still nothing! Saying it could be 25/9 now!! Im so annoyed

Moved equipment around, changed broadband channels, unplugged and plugged back in - all of no help! That’s why I checked @WhichUK & tweeted you! I’d call Sky but I think I’d have more chance of winning the @NationalLottery than getting through

But it is very patchy and slow in the rooms at the back of the house (I guess furthest from the router) I’m typically getting 60-70 mbps in front of house but 30 or lower in the back
