@SkyHelpTeam Hi Tony, I was running that test repeatedly through yesterday afternoon, evening and night and each time it just told me there is a problem and it’s usually fixed within a few hours. It seemed to take till nearly breakfast time to be up and running again.

So it's 2022 & yet @SkyUK & @SkyHelpTeam cannot handle a bit of bad weather, I missed the end of @BlueBloods_CBS here in Liverpool, England because Sky are shite, why do we pay our bills when we are missing the shows we love, their tech is shite & their tech support is even worse

@freesat_tv It's 1gb hd (new model) it's a @SkyHelpTeam problem as phones won't play iPlayer either but that can't/won't help as it all works when not connected to there network

@SkyHelpTeam I don’t expect to be paying for my sky service for today, as it is still off 10 hours later, and now the box doesn’t seem to connect to the internet so I can’t even stream anytime, so as the service hasn’t been up to the required service I expect to see this reflected in my bill
