    @SkyHelpTeam Spoke to an “adviser”yesterday about a reoccurring issue with tv box going on and off and not working for hours on end. Got an engineer coming out in......7 days time. Not good enough!

    @Angriper @virginmedia @SkyUK If I could get Sky here (at least decent speeds) I'd have switched years ago mate. Although, the way things are going, I'd be better off with poor download speed and uptime, rather than super fast speeds and always down.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, I would say literally 100’s of times over the last 8 weeks. First because of very slow speeds and over the last few weeks because of being repeatedly disconnected. There’s a guy in the BT box at the top of the road, I guess everyone is having problems and complaining.

    The reason we have #VAR is because in my opinion the likes of #SkySports and #btsport and the TV companies in my opinion pushing for it. Cancel your subscriptions now to show them it's killing the game and we don't want or need it

    .@SkyUK absolutely shocking service. New customer. Failed to turn up on Monday for Broadband - reappointed for today, still didn’t come. Didn’t call to advise. Next date is the 28th!!!! Asked to be put through to disconnections and after 5 more minutes I’ve been cut off! Awful.

    @djmmorgan @SkyHelpTeam I’m sure that would work but don't have that option unfortunately. But why offer wifi if it doesn't work reliably, especially compared to every other device in my house? Constant resets, can't find an IP address, doing my head in!

    @steeleyp_ @SkyHelpTeam The best of it is, I don’t even want to cancel, I want to keep the account going, an account that I pay for, that has my name on all logins, contact details etc but apparently there is absolutely nothing can be done about the account holders name.

    @steeleyp_ @SkyHelpTeam My point exactly! As I have explained to now 4-5 of their advisors, I have no way of contacting the account holder. Ridiculous that @SkyUK were happy enough for me to renew a contract, a legally binding agreement and yet are not willing to support households going through divorce

    @Hels_Bels71 @OctopusEnergy That’s a pain😕 I think they’re taking on Bulb customers so maybe things are a little busier - don’t give up. I’ve been with Octopus 18 months and like @SkyUK they’ve absolutely AMAZING customer service (I have tv, phone and internet with Sky - not the cheapest but CS is key)
