    @okeyblokey @SkyHelpTeam links that told me my broadband wasn’t working & how to fix this myself, which I’d tried hundreds of times over the last 12 months. In the past we’d accepted oh so slow internet, but now we’re relying on connectivity to be able to work, I’m guessing an alternative is on the cards

    The new @SkySports #scorecentre app is slow, lagging and just not very user intuitive. I like the cleanliness and design but that’s about all.

Aside from the awful quality broadband we get & the lack of use we get from the TV we pay for, my main gripe would be the glib

    @DandG_Support @SkyHelpTeam I’ve already spoken to them x2, the 1st person Aaron didn’t bother to listen & put me back through to Sky & the 2nd person Jay told me the earliest appointment is 9 days time the same as Sky. So what’s the point in paying the insurance? It’s supposed to be a next day service?

    @SkyHelpTeam Well they did not help me hence why I am calling your organisation out. £56 plus an admin fee of £10 was the best that they could do. For a company that prides it self on doing the best for customers, it is pathetic!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam My ‘super fast’ package is meant to average 59 mb/s with a minimum of 44, mine doesn’t reach over 34! Can’t watch tv and my daughter can’t work from home. I’ve actually been with Sky since ‘98 and this is the worst it’s ever been.
