    @okeyblokey @SkyHelpTeam links that told me my broadband wasn’t working & how to fix this myself, which I’d tried hundreds of times over the last 12 months. In the past we’d accepted oh so slow internet, but now we’re relying on connectivity to be able to work, I’m guessing an alternative is on the cards

    @okeyblokey @SkyHelpTeam Thankfully we’ve not been hit financially as many have & I suppose the inevitable price rises are something that every @SkyUK user has come to expect. Aside from the awful quality broadband we get & the lack of use we get from the TV we pay for, my main gripe would be the glib

    @SkyHelpTeam The software on the ER115 router is abysmal. I've been told by your support personnel that when I change a parameter I should wait 24 hours before I make any other parameter change. Thinking about it: Maybe it's your support that's abysmal?
