@SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

@SkyHelpTeam I did answer the security question and they said sorry I was having trouble logging on but my account has now been unlocked and to log on and reset my password and another email would be sent to a secondary account, well did that and nothing and no email in my other account

What is @SkyHelpTeam playing at??!! We’ve had no internet since 7:30pm yesterday. They haven’t updated their outage information since 7am today. And then insulted me with 2GB free data!! Still not sorted!
