    How the hell do you contact @Sky @SkyUK as a current customer? They never answer the phone and even an e/mail is bounced back. Only solution is to get ‘legal advice’ am guessing.

    @buyakajamo @SkySports Get well soon 👍🏼 fortunately I’ve not had Covid but did have a combined bout of pneumonia and whooping cough a few years back and my lungs have never been the same since so I can relate I guess.

    @SkyHelpTeam I order on the 9th January, my equipment is due for delivery on the 14th January but I don't move into my flat till the 18th January so there will be no one there to receive it. can I change the delivery day?? I tried phoning customer service but couldn't get through

    @LarryBundyJr @SkyUK Sky is overpriced garbage nowadays anyway. Trust me I know. I used to work for them. Much more financially viable to subscribe to one or two streaming services and not have to deal with adverts for 15 minutes of every hour of viewing.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam what are you on about booking an engineer? it’s due to the southeast outage why I haven’t got any internet? If your payment system was down I know for fact that would be back up and running within the hour but supplying already paid service…the customers can wait🤬

    @CoryShackleton @SkyHelpTeam People are working from home so I mean... it's important. Sky have a track record of poor connectivity and shocking customer service. I dont think its entitled to expect something that you pay good money for, and when that thing does go wrong to expect a bit of communication.
