Unacceptable that a rude and abrupt call handler is refusing to accept that a £26 call made to a Uk house (which is free) on a mobile and made without my knowledge when i no longer lived there should not be refunded. NickieT (@NicksieT) reported@SkyHelpTeam hi sky just had a call from +44 800 597 9843 asking for personal info such as mothers maiden name. This sounds dodgy to me like somebody at sky is giving away customers details. We are always told never to give password details to people who phone you.
