    @SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

    @SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

    @SkyHelpTeam We've reached new levels of incompetence now. Sky cancelled my broadband order for stupid reasons. I had to chase various people to get them to talk to Openreach. Now Sky are telling me unless I cancel my whole order (HOURS of work on the phone already), I can't change anything.

    @SkyUK trying to threaten me with legal action for a “debt” of £150 on my account. Account was closed and you asked for the equipment back which I sent #scammers trying to get free money out of customers they mugged off with high bills and **** service lol
