    @virginmedia @SkyUK got an engineer coming round tomorrow after a week of no internet, been lied to, told it was my fault when there’s a known problem with virgin at the mo in the uk Was guaranteed the issue would be fixed Monday, and if not I’m cancelling and coming to sky!
