    @SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK customer for many, many years and let down badly by Sky for broadband/phone set up! Very angry and paying £100 a month for service. Moved home and Sky didn’t supply broadband when promised. Sorry and £4.40 credit! 😡🤬😡🤬 hello Virgin

    @SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

    @SkyHelpTeam Becca: @leahysarah n I *have* called & spoken to numerous employees of @SkyUK. Lots. We have called and called. There's been no resolution. The issue isn't 1 we created. Who am I calling? Can you have someone who is actually helpful and capable call us? ("customer service")

    @gooner1971 @apc_0712 @SkySports Utd fan so no bias but David Luiz was def not a red card or the game has gone mad! Leno 100% was. Similar to Utd game. First red was 100% correct. Second was def not a red. Letter of the law says they are so the ref has to give both but the law is **** and wrong.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I recently upgraded my broadband to fibre to the door. I was assured it wouldn’t run slow. Last night it was 2mb, today it’s 10.....it’s supposed to be 80. I was told this isn’t possible. The new fibre is either on or off....please can you explain?
