Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

Pay extra to have sky sports packages and can’t even do that today. And we can’t even speak to a human ! @SkyUK we shouldn’t have left 😭

My husband received a phone call from them yesterday advising him of an overdue payment, so he paid the £113 as requested. Today the internet is disconnected and they have now advised him it will remain disconnected for 8 days! He is now having to request the phone call recording - what a shame - we thought England was more advanced than Australia but obviously not!
