  @SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

  @SkyHelpTeam Terrible reliability from your broadband. I’ve had more issues in 1 year of Sky than in 5 of BT. Why is Sky Broadband down, again? What are the terms of my contract? Do I get it free for three days down? Because we must be there? Recommend to a friend? No way.
