    @SkyHelpTeam I order on the 9th January, my equipment is due for delivery on the 14th January but I don't move into my flat till the 18th January so there will be no one there to receive it. can I change the delivery day?? I tried phoning customer service but couldn't get through

    How the hell do you contact @Sky @SkyUK as a current customer? They never answer the phone and even an e/mail is bounced back. Only solution is to get ‘legal advice’ am guessing.

    @SkyHelpTeam Issue seems to be external, so I have to wait for openreach to send an engineer, no way to escalate despite my contract being with you not them

    @SkyHelpTeam I transferred to SkyQ 3 months ago, I pay for Sly movies, but have not been able to access Paramount+ since I transferred. Your operatives just told me to contact Paramount to correct the issue. I pay YOU to provide this service, so can you please sort this?

    @SkyHelpTeam hope your well are there any known issues with Sound on Sky Glass at the moment keep having to reset sound settings to default or it’s silent 🔇 can’t see a obvious reason as I use the built in speakers with no changes.

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam They say they don't get timely updates from you. I'm going round in circles. It's not good enough you cannot say when you can have an engineer fix the issue. Do you seriously only have one engineer who can do this?! I'm now on day 15, because you don't have a "well" engineer.

    Is it impossible to cancel @ParamountPlusUK / @paramountplus when you subscribe through the app on @SkyUK? I didnt sign up as part of Sky Cinema or via Paramount's website. There's no option on their respective websites to cancel and live chat say to contact each other...

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky Q has to be one of the biggest frustrations of my life. ill in bed and network disconnects (while still up for all other devices) 2 restarts of router, 3 restarts of main sky box and multiple resets of sky mini and still it won’t reconnect. So glad it’s only£88

    @SkyHelpTeam I’d love to entertain my family with sky this Christmas but we are waiting for sky broadband to be installed since 29th March! Almost 9 months! Sky customer service is ignoring us, our complaints, phone calls. The worst customer care ever!
