@SkyUK so why, if you use the O2 network and they allow you to roam in Europe for free as part of the contract, have hubby and I just had to pay a total of £36 just to use our phones in Spain and France? Total rip off and will be leaving Sky mobile asap! 😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam Sky+ HD, try to download a programme, tries - says 'downloading', briefly changes to 'scheduled' then says 'failed'. Tried restarting box, router network connection. BBC/ITV both work. It's not just me, your last update has done this.
