Just had bizarre support call with @SkyUK owing to repeating recent disconnection from home network. Told that @NETGEAR Orbi is no longer suitable owing to new Sky software and advised to hardwire connection!! Then told me to reconnect BTHub (not used for ages)...

@SkyHelpTeam I just noticed that I continue to pay you £133 per month. Yet my phone hasn’t worked in a month and you won’t send an engineer from Openreach unless you can extort me into extending my contract. Let me know if you’d like to fix it instead.

So after having faulty sky at home for the last 3 weeks, I was promised an engineer last Saturday who didn’t show up, then I rang first thing Monday and logged a complaint and was told someone would call within two days and still no call! Not good is it! 😡 @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK

Incompetent officials are nothing vs an owner who didn't spend (but delivered financial stability) and an owner who hasn't money to spend (and has destroyed the stability). Mason is a footballing god by comparison.
