Each customer service representative tells me issue will be solved and they will call me back. Have never been called back. Just tried to call customer service back . No luck. Stuck!

New issues: if I try to play Sky recordings, or download Sky progs it says I don’t have any Sky TV channels (inc Atlantic etc), and I need to add them, obviously I do have them & can watch them now. This is not in Faqs, I need to talk to someone again!

Mine keeps dropping to terribly low speeds (0.3mb)and when I call all that happens is a machine takes my mobile number to send me a help guide... which a, hasn't actually came through yet and b, will be basic.
