@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have been on the phone for 40 minutes so far. This is the second time I called after being cut off the first time. The call handler spoke for 10 minutes about how much they love Gold Rush and didn’t deal with my call at all. Now I’m waiting for another 15 mins. Terrible!

You complain, they sort it, its ok for a few weeks then it seems to go tits up again I'll be leaving as soon as my contracts up if they don't sort it. £100 a month they have off us. Stealing is what it is cos they aren't giving me what I pay for. Fuming.

@SkyHelpTeam Okay. So it went down at 10:30am. You took until 3pm to identify the problem. Engineers have only just arrived and they do not know what the problem is despite identifying what the problem is? Why has it taken 6 hours to identify - but not identify - the problem?

@Jack24923937 @SkyHelpTeam Yes I am in West Wickham (about a mile from Bromley) and service has been out all day. No updates other than "Fix ASAP" which isn't good enough. Is this a 1 day problem?, 3 day problem? Just give us a clue.
