You complain, they sort it, its ok for a few weeks then it seems to go tits up again I'll be leaving as soon as my contracts up if they don't sort it. £100 a month they have off us. Stealing is what it is cos they aren't giving me what I pay for. Fuming.

I've had a pointless text message that started at lunchtime today! 6 hrs later still no nearer to resolving broadband issue😠
