@SkyHelpTeam I just noticed that I continue to pay you £133 per month. Yet my phone hasn’t worked in a month and you won’t send an engineer from Openreach unless you can extort me into extending my contract. Let me know if you’d like to fix it instead.

@SkyHelpTeam I have finally had my broadband installed today. I can't for the life of me get my upstairs sky box to work though. It's telling me to press the home button when the screen goes blank but nothing happens. Just a no signal message from my TV. Would've been handy to

When you get charged an additional £50 by @SkyUK for an unreturned router that was sent within time! During the hardship we are all facing at the moment this is disgusting. Complaint raised and I expect my money back ASAP. Il also be moving to a competitor. Awful!! #sky
