Why is @SkyUK so incompetent?? I booked an engineer 2 dsys ago for today. I called yesterday to confirm. Today comes and now there’s an issue with my engineer booking. I have online classes. I’m a grad student with a dissertation to work on. This is UNACCEPTABLE.
