I get referred to the text service and nothing happens. I speak to an operator who can’t fix the problem now because the accounts are down. This is by far the worst customer service ever!

From evening to morning I've been disconnecting constantly, unable to play games, stream Disney+ and YouTube etc, or even use Google. It hasn't been good in the day either. Pls fix both issues ASAP!
