Homepage directed me to router tests which I’ve undergone and still not working. Called #talktalk customer support which put me on hold for 15mins+ so I gave up. Not sure what to do next.

When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

I may need to shop around for a new provider because this is just another thing added to the list of why I wouldn't recommend this service provider to anyone. Just wow.
