    @TalkTalk I connected to the test socket using the filter sent with the hub and still without Internet. Still have the Amber light flashing. Thanks for you help.

    Unbelievable customer service from @TalkTalk - broadband service switched over today. Sky box won’t connect to the WiFi. Customer services said it would only work as a wired connection!!! Why am I paying for WiFi then???

    @TalkTalk I had fibre installed on Friday, previously the range comfortably made it to office at back of house, now it doesn’t and I’ve had to move to dining table to allow me to work. So much for improved speed! What are my options? Can I cancel fibre as no problems previously?

    @TalkTalk Same response received on FB, send them DM, spent 3 days with them with 0 support or resolution, Don't have enough energy to start it over here again. Worse CS and services I have ever experienced.
