  A nice surprise, @TalkTalk answered the phone straight away and resolved a contract boost issue on the spot. Agreed not to increase my boost by £2.50 for the remainder of the contract.

  @TalkTalk so disappointed by the WiFi service provided. We are paying for fibre optic and not even receiving 1/3 of the speed we should be (less for upload speed). Engineer has been out and "fixed" the problem. Today we have not had solid WiFi for more than 30 mins at a time.

  @TalkTalk Useless service do not even respond to the messages. Spoke 2x on phone 1x twitter and internets still rubbish. DO NOT go with talktalk is my advice.
