    @talktalk #telephone #talktalk appalling service from Talktalk customer service. If you have a phone fault be prepared to call them over 26 times and keep reporting the same thing over and over. They usually sit in silence until you hang up. I stayed waiting for 19 mins in silen

    @OpenreachHelp our ISP talktalk told us you disconnected us from their network because there was a request to join a different provider. This is incorrect and neither myself nor my flat mate have requested this, and we are in contract with talktalk until May. What’s happening?

    Really disappointed in @TalkTalk WiFi just stopping working at my grandparents today, leaving them isolated and getting pretty stressed when they don't have any other way of getting online (no smartphone etc). Customer service by email which grandma obviously can't access.👎

I got a rude letter from TalkTalk saying my Broadband plan (£31 pm) is out dated (Virgin sold out to them, they put me on plan). Need to use Fibre!

    @TalkTalk Gave up trying to report network issue on your website. Postcode WS9, WiFi hub shows steady white light, can obtain IP Address from TalkTalk but no internet to any device wired or wireless. Possibly infrastructure issue!

    @TalkTalk I will also be contacting other company directors on this matter too. TalkTalk has forced my hand for far too long. I have never spoken to a customer agent who showed any empathy whatsoever. Do they treat all customers with chronic illness in this fashion ?

    @TalkTalk hello my internet is down from 6am this morning. Tried to call talk talk from mobile but the numbers are a high cost to call. Opted to talk to an agent on live chat to my horror I was told that £9:29 would be added to my next month's talk talk bill.
