They can't hear me and my screen keeps freezing, I can only communicate by typing in chat whilst watching them chat away to each other. I live alone, internet is so important for me to connect

@Tractorgirl @TalkTalk It's crazy, their message is that they're not running those services because of covid which suggests they haven't managed to make the move to working from home. I would've just upgraded with them but instead I'm moving to @VodafoneUK who've been great and will cancel TT for me.

@TalkTalk It never gave me that option. Asked for my home phone and then if I wanted to report a fault, then asked for a contact number to call back on once a test had been run. No mention of a queue to speak to a human.

@drooperscot @TalkTalk I have never heard a positive story about @TalkTalk. Their Customer Services are legendary in being the best example of how a company should NOT do customer services. Cancelling a contract for a legitimate reason should not be that difficult.

@TalkTalk I am having constant DNS issues with my TalkTalk router and wish to contact support. There is no Live Chat available in your website and I am getting nowhere with your useless automated support phone line. I wish to speak to a human ASAP via Live Chat or Phone.
