    @TalkTalk I’m using the main TV antenna! The screen does not say there are any errors. I’ve given up calling the tech support because of language barriers & their impatience! I’d prefer an engineer visit. I can take the necessary precautions to facilitate this!😷

    @TalkTalk my WIFI isn’t staying connecting/on for longer than 5 minutes it drops out constantly for the past 3 days, tried using other sources (website, message support and call support) but nothing is available, can someone from your team please tell me how to resolve this! X

    @RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

    @TalkTalk On the day, you had a large number of people in East London including vulnerable people and key workers trying various ways to get an indication you know of a problem in the area. Your Twitter continued putting out automated posts but didn't acknowledge the problem or help us.

    @TalkTalk Many of us are working from home and rely on a stable internet connection. You are still yet to indicate what the problem was/is and it leaves a large quantity of your customers in doubt as to whether you a a suitable service provider

    @TalkTalk I have a course for work online . If I don't log in I fail the course!!. That course decides about my job status!!!! The link for attending the course was sent to my email!!!!! This is not good enough! This needs fixed asap!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    @TalkTalk I'm amazed at how poor the customer support at @talktalk is. I've been on the phone for more than 90 minutes, spoken to 5 departments and been cut off twice. All I want to do is re-new my ultra fibre optical deal. How hard can that be?! Please can someone help?!

    @TalkTalk Hi TalkTalk, I sent an email to the address you give for complaints and got an email back redirecting me to various websites and phone nos which will not be able to answer my complaint. Can I expect an answer Otherwise I will move the account to another provider.
