@irishayesha @TalkTalk It’s on them, they have to pay you £8 a day after 48hrs with no internet. Automatically happens in 30 days.. right result when my Now TV signal dropped.

He claimed 2 b from #talktalk proceeded 2 ask me install "teamviewer" obviously so i cld and him control of my device. Whn i refused 2 cooperate he began 2 verbally & racially abuse me. He clearly knew i ws customer 01273 404068 that ws his number i will be report 2 @metpoliceuk

@TalkTalk The router is next to the stereo on the opposite side of the kitchen to the appliances - the same place as when I was with Vodaphone and had no problems whatsoever

A nice surprise, @TalkTalk answered the phone straight away and resolved a contract boost issue on the spot. Agreed not to increase my boost by £2.50 for the remainder of the contract.

@TalkTalk I constantly have to turn Wi-Fi off and use phone data because the connection is so bad. When watching tv via Amazon Firestick there is constant buffering. BT have been out and said there is nothing wrong - your people suggested I upgrade and pay more.

@TalkTalk Yes and i emailed and contacted you online no has called me to date. Recieved call today from some indians someone called "paul" no idea what he was saying but began to verbally abuse clearly knew i was a talk talk customer.

@Grufflock @deadheaddraven @EE I've not had an issue with talktalk while I've been with them Virgin were annoying when I went with them, fixed fee for first year but kept getting letters saying after your contract ends your rate will increase to a higher amount then again a few month later

@YouViewUpdate My YouView DN372T has packed up from TalkTalk and they are no longer issuing recording boxes, they sent me 4k Netgem, its good but no PVR and remote is awful. Shame YouView has stopped with TalkTalk recordable service.

Imagine getting a broadband deal with @TalkTalk and throwing in some Amazon devices! To now being told it shouldn’t of been online available and offering me 1/2 the value! Yet you can still buy the deal online - these ******* taking a hammering at customer services 🤪
