Put through to several different departments each one telling me something different. Promised to call me back but I'm still waiting. Boost I'm paying for still not working. Their email is just a loss making add on. Use one of the big email companies like Google or Microsoft. Make sure you use 2FA on every account.

Andrew West (@krypto) reported from Camberwell, EnglandRemote support for a friend’s computer that was having strange issues. Teamviewer failed to connect so I figured this was related. An hour’s debugging later and it turns out the ISP (TalkTalk) is blocking Teamviewer as it’s used by scammers.

Talktalk worked over cityfibre and regularly had random outages their end. Vodafone also on cityfibre. No problems so far. There was one outage but that was explained.

Run the tests and says no issues with the line but looking at your feed it seems he isnt the only one that is having the problem. He hasnt got a mobile so has no means of communication now.
