    @TalkTalk already done this around 6times & every time it says it's ok. I still need to reset my router 3 to 4 times a day. I wish to cancel my contract please let me know how I can do this as your not answering the phone

    @stfujahn @odekul @nolkeD @M1dKn1gh7 There’s already universal service obligations in place and market based regulated pricing at postcode level for Openreach - ofcom has done a relatively good job at keeping things in check - and when they don’t talktalk and sky have taken them to court because they suffer the most

    @TalkTalk Glad I'm leaving you on the 17th. You are extremely sneaky. Literally within 24 hours of processing to move ISP you suddenly changed my default gateway on my router and I got my actual speeds when the gateway I was previously on was supposed to be that same service.. Con Artists!

    @TalkTalk Just ended the call with a very rude SA (South African) talktalk agent from Durban branch. Sandy told me she could do nothing after taking half an hour going through notes. Requested senior contact me within 72hrs, wasted my time will probably have to call back myself!
