@TalkTalk Broadband worked this morning then stopped suddenly. Homepage directed me to router tests which I’ve undergone and still not working. Called #talktalk customer support which put me on hold for 15mins+ so I gave up. Not sure what to do next.

@TalkTalk First of all I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and my bill keeps going up in large amounts and now I noticed services are being added that I don't even use. When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

@TalkTalk Apparently a openreach engineer needs to come out to have a look, but I’ve been given no timings or any information I’ve been paying for the service since I moved in a week ago and I’m not any closer to getting internet

@TalkTalk I'm trying to cancel my account with you but it's a nightmare. I finally get to the advisor just get a garbled voice. Tried today "complaint" instead and funny enough voice not garbled but couldn't help. Put through to right department...nada!!!

@TalkTalk I found that out myself after your 'tech support' person told me several times that it could not be done! The solution was to access the router, turn off 5ghz, connect the 2.4ghz smart plug, then turn it on again. I renamed the 2.4 too and now both are visible.

@Pinkjangles @TalkTalk The fact that I had to phone them, to then be told that there was a problem - even though their website said 'its on its way and all is good' really tells you enough. Then there was the 'we will call you tomorrow at 12' which never happened. I cancelled after that.

@Pinkjangles @TalkTalk I switched out in the end. I chose them to put broadband into our new house. On the day the engineer was due I had to phone talktalk to tell them the router hadn't arrived. After 2 hours on hold (not even joking about that time) they told me that there was a problem.

@sharonkaursamra @TalkTalk The supervisor said she’d transfer me but I got the recorded message with the options. I lost patience. 10 minutes on line to Sky and I got a date for service transfer, a calls and broadband package and a land line number. Best of luck to you.

@TalkTalk …and I’m afraid enough is enough. Someone tried to call me this afternoon but the call went straight to voicemail because of the poor mobile signal which I’ve explained to you repeatedly to no avail. I’ve wasted hours trying to sort this out. Sky did it for me in 10 minutes.
