Their email is just a loss making add on. Use one of the big email companies like Google or Microsoft. Make sure you use 2FA on every account.

The last time was 3rd Nov but an engingeer did not turn up. I was told somebody was coming tomorrow but yesterday this has again changed... Help!

If I leave they will charge me £60. If I want to keep my current package I have to pay £60 installation. New package nets them £120 #broadband
