    @Complyorcry @Back_Two_Mee To @TalkTalk they are okay but the broadband is not a good as VM but it's okay; it cut the monthly bill in half. I have since dropped their tv service and bought a freeview recorder. Monthly bill for broadband/phone £38

    @TalkTalk I get the weather has been bad but what am I actually paying for? My wifi cuts out basically every 20mins, I just end up using my data and sitting in silence on my days off....fun 🙃

    @TalkTalk O really u day here to HELP Well like I said 8 days ago my 80 years mum stuck in doors on her own no phone or internet since 20 feb SUPPOSED to send someone Saturday ( rang sat AM No couldn’t come not enough engineers GOT TO wait now till 8 March YOUR SERVICE SINKS 😡😡

    Really poor customer service @TalkTalk. Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! Aren’t you meant to encourage new customers??

    @TalkTalk looks like your website is broken I was looking at TalkTalk TV to add on but when I click ADD it goes to the store and signs me out as if I'm not a customer.... Login on the store and all it shows me is Netflix add-on which I don't need 😤

    @TalkTalk what have you done to my internet. After the outage early this morning my speeds are all over the place, dropping below minimum guaranteed all day. my ping has gone sky high the stability on the line is crazy.

    @TalkTalk What's happening in S35 area. Had a sudden disconnection last night lasting ages. Back up and running at less than 1.0mbps down from 46mbps. Turned router off for 45 minutes and no improvement

    @plusnethelp That there is the very issue Adam. I have been a customer for 4 years. However, that price increase and the lack of fixed contract pricing has removed any advantage you had. I will be migrating to TalkTalk on a fixed price contract, for less, getting exactly the same service.

    @mattvanh @virginmedia Fr? That's strange! It's always been top tier for me with Sky and TalkTalk being the absolute worst in my experiences. Something to do with location and/or signal reception perhaps? Are you in a built up area where fiber isn't generically offered? Or using an old/outdated router?

    I Demand the service industry creates JOBS for my neighbours. I don't want a computer. I DON'T want a message. If my broadband is down, online chat and websites are fkn USELESS to me. I want a human to talk to. @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk I have had really bad internet all day, keeps dropping out or going really slow. Trying to do online test but it either says it's fine or there is a error and can't do test. Need it as myself and daughter working from home. Fed up of using our mobile data
