    A nice surprise, @TalkTalk answered the phone straight away and resolved a contract boost issue on the spot. Agreed not to increase my boost by £2.50 for the remainder of the contract.

    @TalkTalk Just to let you know (yet again) I have no WiFi again although my router shows 4 green lights. It shows that the WiFi so slow that the html basic can't even load.

    Those #talktalk or #BT scam phone calls that leave me seething, other than being obviously abusive, I’ve thought of 2 possibilities, say wait whilst I turn on my pc and leave ‘en hanging, or press my brass honker down the phone...

    He claimed 2 b from #talktalk proceeded 2 ask me install "teamviewer" obviously so i cld and him control of my device. Whn i refused 2 cooperate he began 2 verbally & racially abuse me. He clearly knew i ws customer 01273 404068 that ws his number i will be report 2 @metpoliceuk

    @TalkTalk And i will continue to ask until I get an answer, I want compensation for this, I had to use up my phones data because of your failure. No one has given me an answer, this service is the worst

    ...@TalkTalk BroadBand is down in London YET again. Spoken to them and they can't even conform that there is a problem and only answer is to send a chargeable engineer!! Totally totally useless

    @TalkTalk Yes and i emailed and contacted you online no has called me to date. Recieved call today from some indians someone called "paul" no idea what he was saying but began to verbally abuse clearly knew i was a talk talk customer.

    @TalkTalk I’m paying for a broadband service that doesn’t work. I call and I sit on hold. I get referred to the text service and nothing happens. I speak to an operator who can’t fix the problem now because the accounts are down. This is by far the worst customer service ever!

    Tried to cancel our Talktalk service today (because we're moving out), I learned a very valuable lesson: don't tell them the reason why you're cancelling or just say you don't need it. If you do, you'll be redirected to another 'department' and put you on hold for a loooong time.

    @TalkTalk I received an e-mail from TalkTalk last week about broadband charges and offering Fixed Price Plus as an option. Told to access My Account for details. I searched everywhere but nothing. I then contacted TalkTalk chat and they couldn’t find anything. So can you help please?
