    @Complyorcry @Back_Two_Mee To @TalkTalk they are okay but the broadband is not a good as VM but it's okay; it cut the monthly bill in half. I have since dropped their tv service and bought a freeview recorder. Monthly bill for broadband/phone £38

    @NickInEngland @TalkTalk I'd recommend @zeninternet if it's your broadband you want. Never had an issue getting through to their customer service and they're always happy to help.

    Some friendly advice for @TalkTalk, with whom I’ve been in Twitter contact for the last 20 hrs. Sometimes talking to people is actually more efficient for you than asking no doubt well intentioned Twitter messages which repeatedly fail to understand the problem.

    Just got fobbed off with an email link from @TalkTalk regarding my devices not connecting to the new. The router is connecting to the net, devices are not connecting to the net but are linked to the router. Devices telling me it's a DNS and wifi issue. No help.

    Unbelievable customer service from @TalkTalk - broadband service switched over today. Sky box won’t connect to the WiFi. Customer services said it would only work as a wired connection!!! Why am I paying for WiFi then???

    @VodafoneUK I've been Vodafone customer almost 2years. A sales person called me with broadband and landline offer, I switched from the talktalk. To setup deadline they missed(was a summer holiday period), without landline&Internet 6 days my wife work from home

    Finally able to book an upgrade to fibre this week & have now been w/o internet for over 24h, which massively affected my work w @funnywomen & all that @TalkTalk can do is tell me it’s an issue w the line & @bt_uk are responsible for solving it anytime from 2-3 working days (2/3)

    @TalkTalk I get the weather has been bad but what am I actually paying for? My wifi cuts out basically every 20mins, I just end up using my data and sitting in silence on my days off....fun 🙃

    @TalkTalk why should someone wait 24 hours for the router to stabilise when the connection is fine but the router is faulty? That's just poor. Experienced on behalf of my sister and not me thank GOD I don't have TalkTalk.

    @KINORA_LIN / Ah, then that’s not too bad at least. I’ve got TalkTalk and they’re quite good in my area at least. Every other one is **** especially Virgin, it’s god awful.

    @TalkTalk finally resolved mums phone issues we now find out that you are duping her friend Mrs Welstand and have cut off her phone leaving 87 year old with no security . reinstate only if she signs another 18 month contract . You’re 4 pm call never happened. Shitshow!

    @TalkTalk You are always checking the line though! Your engineer had been here twice and the engineer for Open Reach had been here and things are still not right and I am paying for a service that I’m not happy with! It’s not good enough!

    @TalkTalk My partner has dementia Altzhimers and Vascular. He pays the TV licence so the account his in his name but I pay the bill. I was told they can't deal with my complaint unless I register. You allow me to pay the bill though without registering? Account name is Derek Groundwell

    Been paying for 5 months for Fibre 150 with @TalkTalk to be told by an engineer after 6 visits that I don’t have it and talk talk offer £5:37p compensation for a package they never installed after me paying for it for the past 5 months 🤪

    @TalkTalk I have 7 days until the money is due. I tried to pay ahead of time but due to technical problems I have been rendered unable. I do not have enough funds to pay twice in one month. I do not want my account to be billed for missing a payment when I've tried my best to do this.
