@TalkTalk I’m paying for a broadband service that doesn’t work. I call and I sit on hold. I get referred to the text service and nothing happens. I speak to an operator who can’t fix the problem now because the accounts are down. This is by far the worst customer service ever!

My Broadband goes down, I contact @talktalk and they tell me that @openreach has put a “seize” on my account as a tube has blown? The only way to get broadband back is to cancel the contract and start a new one. Advice please?

@virginmedia I've checked and lost count of all the calls I made. Your team cannot even identify the issue and insist on an "outage". I have suffered financial loss and have been majorly inconvenienced. It's 2023 - even TalkTalk got themselves sorted quicker; I rest my case. #rubbish

@OpenreachHelp Thats the problem Gareth. @TalkTalk tell me that you've siezed the line and its been cancelled due to a fault but they ard not tracking the resolution. As a result, I have no one to get information from. It seems like a flawed process.
