Really poor customer service @TalkTalk. Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! Aren’t you meant to encourage new customers??

@TalkTalk O really u day here to HELP Well like I said 8 days ago my 80 years mum stuck in doors on her own no phone or internet since 20 feb SUPPOSED to send someone Saturday ( rang sat AM No couldn’t come not enough engineers GOT TO wait now till 8 March YOUR SERVICE SINKS 😡😡

@TalkTalk are the worst broadband service you will ever come across. I cannot stress how utterly incompetent they are. Do not sign up with them, they wifi speeds are rubbish and I’m still being charged dispute leaving and closing my account 4 months later. Thief’s DO NOT TRUST

@TalkTalk my internet is out but when I log in to check my service status, a pop up immediately warns me I am going to be "logged out in 120 seconds" and refuses to go away, so I can't access my account at all. Can I get a status update for E15. I need wifi to do my job.

@TalkTalk I think your agents/bots need retraining or rewiring. They don't seem to read answers, ask the same questions then suddenly disappear. Still no fix!
