You are still yet to indicate what the problem was/is and it leaves a large quantity of your customers in doubt as to whether you a a suitable service provider

Put through to several different departments each one telling me something different. Promised to call me back but I'm still waiting. Boost I'm paying for still not working. I can't even cancel as your website is down!

Your Twitter continued putting out automated posts but didn't acknowledge the problem or help us.

Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!
