    @ITV @itvhub um, so why is the app so poor right now? Doesn’t work on Nebula Capsule projectors, and ad breaks seem to keep freezing on talktalk tv box..?

    @TalkTalk Spent an hour on the phone listening to hold music trying to cancel my account. Is there a better way - I.e faster, way to do this please?

    @MichaelTakeMP She was in charge of TalkTalk when they had one of the largest data breaches ever. And, like all Tories, seems to fail upwards.

    Remote support for a friend’s computer that was having strange issues. Teamviewer failed to connect so I figured this was related. An hour’s debugging later and it turns out the ISP (TalkTalk) is blocking Teamviewer as it’s used by scammers.

    @TalkTalk engineer came to connect my service - (new customer) dreadful and made no effort. Said he could not connect and left without a word. Before he left he complained his 9 weeks furlough was not enough! No wonder he never connected me. No heart in it. Dreadful

    @CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

    @JonCastell2 @TalkTalk I’ve told her she has to leave. The phone calls are so bloody stressful and they don’t listen to the customer. They read from a script!!!!!

    @AndyEMorrison @TalkTalk To be fair, I’ve been home working for 12 months and today was my first broadband failure. It’s back on now. All the folk I know who’ve had persistent broadband problems have been with other suppliers.

    @QubeGB may have a vision to be the service provider of choice but they are clueless about customer comms. Their engineer failed to show today 'because he had worked over his hours'. No call, no explanation and now a 16-day wait. Appalling service @TalkTalk.
