    Terribly disappointed with the service from @TalkTalk. I am moving flats. Same building so a new contract of 24 months & a £5 increase. If I leave they will charge me £60. If I want to keep my current package I have to pay £60 installation. New package nets them £120 #broadband

    @TalkTalk you are the worst WiFi service provider in the entire solar system I still have had no contact from any of your customer service. As soon as my WiFi is fixed I will be terminating my contract.

    @TalkTalk Internet in Hackney, London went down at 00:01. Anything to do with the scheduled maintenance mentioned on your website? Several router restarts and nothing. This is a near-daily occurrence. Not workable. Please sort it out.

    In a time where we are so reliant on our Internet connections I would discourage anyone from considering using @TalkTalk... patchy connection and impossible to get through to customer service 😡

    @TalkTalk Thanks for the reply but yes, it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I regret to say. I even tried the phone option to give it another chance, 32 mins later, I couldn’t even get past the automated (non working) system. Really think you need to review it.

    @TalkTalk bc the only way to get through to you is to tweet you - how is my WiFi down again. Does your WiFi hate the cold weather? Does your WiFi hate working?

    @DavidPBMaddox @TalkTalk I'm with BT, great service.. Had Internet probs last week. BT sent me a "4G mini-hub" till engineer can sort prob (March 6th)...Mini hub works off mobile network, not phoneline...Pay a little more for BT, but the service is there when things go wrong.

    @MissMunnipenni @TalkTalk Go on the page where new customer deals are and the chat pops up. They are keen to speak to you when they think you are a newbie but not when they already have your cash coming in

    @TalkTalk can’t seem to get a technical issue sorted out. Spent 6 hours on line chat on 14/2/21. Then most of the day 15/2/21. Promised a call back on 21/2/21 and still waiting!

    @TalkTalk What is the point after a day? I missed important meetings. I have switched to Virgin so I don't know if there problem is still there. I will find out when I switch back. But remember this was extremely poor service .. spent nearly 45 minutes on chat and being disconnected

    @TalkTalk and whilst I sympathise absolutely with all your other paying customers who have terrible "service", I realise I've probably been more " patient" and understanding than I should have as it's 3 years now of rubbish Internet and contacting you.
