    @TalkTalk part 5. I repeat... DO NOT get your internet from this company as they can not fix your problems and cause so much stress when trying to ring them and being on hold for half an hour at a time!

    @loulouhope @TalkTalk Getting ghosted on the Twitter DMs too and they close at 22h00. Been trying to get this sorted since 18h00, first the phones kept me on hold until their 'hometime cut off' at 19h00, now zero help via their own alternative options. Time to switch providers ๐Ÿ˜‘

    @TalkTalk Absolutely terrible service from TalkTalk! Despite assurances that my 85year old mum would not be left without a phone line, they have disconnected the service today! She needs this for medical emergencies and is a vital service for her.

    @TalkTalk Hi Fez, it looks like this morning the internet is back and both tv and landline are working. I think it must have been a problem in the area although Talk Talk didnโ€™t recognise it. Hopefully no more problems. Thank you.

    @CommunityFibre Hello, why can't i use IPTV services on your fibre network? I have talktalk and my streaming works, but with community fibre, it immediately goes to streaming error. Do you block these services?

    @lynnescarfe @TalkTalk You should NEVER have an email address linked either to your internet provider OR to your phone provider. Their email is just a loss making add on. Use one of the big email companies like Google or Microsoft. Make sure you use 2FA on every account.

    @TalkTalk my internet is down FOR THE THIRD TIME TODAY!!! You are absolutely the worst internet company I have ever had. I want out of my contract, as you have continually failed to provide what I pay for. Donโ€™t know if yr incompetent or fraudulent, but either is unacceptable..

    Remote support for a friendโ€™s computer that was having strange issues. Teamviewer failed to connect so I figured this was related. An hourโ€™s debugging later and it turns out the ISP (TalkTalk) is blocking Teamviewer as itโ€™s used by scammers.

    @TalkTalk hi, our wifi has not connected to any of our devices today. My wife has tried the live chat but after 3 hours waiting, we still didnt reach an agent. We have tried the suggested restarts but no luck. Could you look into this issue for me?

    @TalkTalk Really disappointed with TalkTalk. Iโ€™ve been without internet for a month. In the last 2 days Iโ€™ve spoken to them 8 times and was promised 5 call backs that never happened. Today it got so frustrating it left me in tears. Iโ€™ve now cancelled and switched to BT.

    @TalkTalk Thanks for the reply I have 6 months no land lines ( lots of issues because of that I wasnโ€™t aware of) anyway sorted BB speed is low / sometimes buffering, for months, OR engineer came solve this problem, now I have to pay his fees ?? Your manager canโ€™t solve this issue,

    @Jenny_1884 Yes I have one and my downloads have gone up from 19mbs to 99/100mbs. Their customer service is brilliant and I'm ditching talktalk.
