Their email is just a loss making add on. Use one of the big email companies like Google or Microsoft. Make sure you use 2FA on every account.

Called one number first (the one on the website) to freeze our account while we move home. Been told to call another number to do so, been waiting on the line for over 20 mins. West Midlands Case Management LTD (@WMCMltd) reportedWe are currently investigating an issue where @TalkTalk has shared customers information with @RiseFibre in direct breach of GDPR Legislation, In a recorded call Talk Talk state that Rise Fibre are NOT taking over services and admit that failings are visible but out of there control. The Information Comissioners Office have been contacted and a complete case file will be sent to them along with Solicitors for potential legal action.
