@TalkTalk Hi Fez, it looks like this morning the internet is back and both tv and landline are working. I think it must have been a problem in the area although Talk Talk didn’t recognise it. Hopefully no more problems. Thank you.

@TalkTalk My internet has been down since @ 4pm. I logged the problem through customer services online. When I sign up to my acct, it says the fault is being investigated. In the meantime, I have no landline service nor TV (fire stick) I’m having to use my mobile data as 1/2

@TalkTalk not only is your service absolutely shocking, as well as your wifi, your customer service may be even worse. now i’m not sure if this is because your live chat agents are using the same internet that you provide or what. i haven’t had wifi for 2 day and no update.

@TalkTalk So despite @openreach telling me there’s likely a card fault in the local green cabinet @TalkTalk send me an internal circet engineer to check my WiFi. Nothing he can do as the fault lies in the cabinet. A complete waste of everyone’s time. Still running <1Mbs upload and no fix.

@TalkTalk I've been told twice this week we've been "escalated" - I've today made my intention to cancel services from 04-08-25, our out of contract date via telephone and chatbot - both of whom said AGAIN we've been escalated - it really should not be this hard - It's why we're leaving
