Really poor customer service @TalkTalk. Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! Aren’t you meant to encourage new customers??

I’m sure this tweeter can tweet this, have it retweeted causing a PR nightmare and have some minimum wage worker in trouble or possibly let go for disappointing a customer. That’s callous too.

It’s absolutely vile and horrible what these people do

Have people seen much improvement with the fibre optic Broadband? I have not seen much improvement with TalkTalk being often slow and actually the range of connection around my house has dropped.

Having spent a long time this year having to sort out various accounts following the death of my partner, I met a lot of this. Very upsetting & frustrating
