    @virginmedia No change to devices being used, it starts to slow down from 500 to 30 between 9-11pm then nothing at all for around 30mins then back up.

    @rookieyoung1 @virginmedia I did indeed Si. I swear I was so stressed. Then I read on this FB group, of loads of others having problems, and paying loads more than I do! Its unbelievably bad 😡

    Thanks to FB,I got an email address for a guy at @virginmedia & after days spent tearing my hair out & lots of rude words emanating from my mouth, he's reduced my bill back down & credited my account with £50👊Good job I am wonder woman.Always me that has to sort this stuff out!

    @virginmedia Yes and I’m still in a queue waiting for a response. I really don’t understand how this is so difficult. I just want to cancel my contact for a service you’ve lied to me be about being able to supply.

    @virginmedia I’ve phoned up twice to cancel and you sent me a £5 off voucher so that clearly hadn’t worked. No one has responded to my message either so that’s not looking great either

    @virginhelp as much help as @virginmedia ABSOLUTE DISGRACE 5 days trying to speak to someone, and no replies to the link you told me to contact you on! I can't even bloody get disconnected coz I can't get through!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID ANYONE THINKING OF LEAVING SKY ETC !!!!!

    @virginmedia It could explain the upload. Why the WiFi has trouble ,as is no issue over wire ?

    @virginmedia any chance of help. Internet is intermittent for last 2 weeks. No internet this morning trying WFH no chance. Rebooted hub several times checked connects no issues in the area what next??

    Virginmedia warning why would you sign up have had no internet all morning virgin say no issue but has been intermittent for weeks. WFH no chance. Agh

    @virginmedia It is from a few weeks. Only while in the same room as the hub is show no issue. Happend lately that light start flash bit self on hub and WiFi is lost for some time

    @virginmedia I have managed to add my wife's name to our electricity & water bills without a problem & know it is possible with other companies. It must be possible - it is perhaps just the choice/policy of Virgin to not allow this. Is there an email/tel I can contact to take this further?

    @virginmedia hi again . As promised 3days ago yesterday should receive a hub replacement, but .... Nothing arrived. Today WiFi still same problem, just have a carpenter from Hammersmith and he has same problem with Virginmedia. Why routers loosing WiFi?

    Hello @virginmedia for the 3rd time in a row, your resolution team has failed to call me back. I’d urge anyone thinking about going with Virgin to reconsider. Worst customer service ever by a country mile you cannot get to any layer of management to escalate your complaint.

    @virginmedia Both I have 2x virgin media tv boxes one is hardwired and still can't watch catch up or on demand without constant buffering and that's on a good day. I'm not prepared to keep paying over £100 a month until my contract ends in may for this woeful service.

    Just tried to join @virginmedia and wanted to talk through options with a human-being...I challenge anyone to find their number easily on their 'Contact Us' page, not possible. As such, I think I'll stick with @skytv - it's clear @virginmedia's customer service is non-existent
