    @virginmedia It’s NOT ONLY happening to me. There are many people in the Heathrow area (hope that suffices) for a start, that have this issue. I’ve given up on your app and customer service as we are not trying to understand our issue or the frequency of it. You just want to close your ticket

    @virginmedia what’s happened to our internet?? I’m in GU14 trying to work from home. The last 2 weeks we’ve either had no internet or very very slow. Ran speed checks, used to be over 100, now it’s mostly around 6-15 and we are paying for 100

    .@virginmedia let me do your job and help you. Someone is flipping a switch at 11pm and turning the internet and TV off in the UB3 area. Come 8.30pm, it comes back up. Then at around 3pm or 4pm, goes down again and then comes back up after 20 mins. Does this show you a pattern?

    My wife tried to cancel our @virginmedia the man on the other end of the phone wouldn't let her go, baby screaming in the back ground for a bottle my wife kindly told him to cancel and she needs to feed the baby, nope he still was asking questions to why. Very unprofessional

    @virginmedia This has been going on for 16 days. Are you kidding me with your canned response? Don’t even bother replying to me until you have sorted it out in the UB3 area. Every time at 4pm goes down. Every night at 11pm goes down until 8.30am on wkends always down. #virginmediadown

    @virginmedia if you have planned maintenance in the area ‘to make the service better’ why not send your loyal customers a heads up? You can’t just take the service away for a whole day W/out informer us beforehand. This is really poor customer service #virginmediadown

    @virginmedia Hi, the connection keeps dropping out so WiFi connected devices lose connection which isn't great for home working. Then the signal does not reach throughout the house and the speed can slow down to 10mps therefore another reset is needed. The unreliability is frustrating, thanks

    @virginmedia Its been going on for two months least. Your recorded message apologises as this is a ‘complex’ problem. Why pretend it is fixed in the evening and then next day it’s a ‘new’ problem? It’s clearly the same problem. If you can’t provide the service why are we still being charged?

    @virginmedia So what are you able to do? Customer service guy told me he couldn’t do anything, told me to ask engineer in street. Guy in street said call customer service. Get sent link when I register fault. Says it’s fixed in evening. Next day, new fault. I still receive bills every month.

    @virginmedia I’ve cancelled direct debit and am out of contract so hopefully that will be enough - think he hung up on me because when asked why I wanted to leave I said the customer service wasn’t very good!

    @virginmedia status checker showing no issues in sk8 but the fact that every VM hub on my network checker is showing as no internet would suggest otherwise. Please sort it out, this has been going on for months now
