    If you have virginmedia email, it’s quite likely that if you no longer use them as a sp, they will deactivate your email without any warning. I’ve not been a virginmedia customer for years and can’t recall ever receiving a notice of deactivation #virginmedia Thanks for the upset

    @virginmedia I didn’t receive my new contract on April, was not told of 6 month discount price shot up and I had to fight to get my billing date changed. Overall not a good service 😡. Took me over 30 mins on telephone to try and resolve

    @dgrutsch @virginmedia @SkyMediaUK @virginmedia has lost direction and customer focus IMO. After trying to tell me there was no fault in my area, before agreeing for an engineer to visit and check system (multiple faults) it proposed sending a pack of cables for me to try and fix myself. Err I don’t think so!

    @virginmedia @Ofcom So the apparent manager, Zed, had me pay yet more money and then on reconnection, put the phone down. Now I can't even call back as now have no ******* working phone line!!!! So I'll have to use mobile instead. No, 'we're sorry - we will do better'.
