@virginmedia Thanks ML. My issue is with the misleading info in your initial comms to me. It does not reflect what @TurgenSec says is in the database. I don’t particularly care what you say to the ICO. Your first duty as the data controller is to me, the subject of the data.

@reece_dinsdale @virginmedia We got thru after an hour, they are freezing sky sports payments for now. We were £135 got them down to £84, they no longer have over seas advisors working for them there for taking ages to get thru . Keep trying good luck 😉

@gillykim55 @virginmedia Think you need to do that by phone. I've not found a way of removing stuff before. They are happy enough to sell you more of their crap online. I'm thinking of ditching @virginmedia entirely. Apart from broadband I dont think I actually use anything else i get from them

Shocking @virginmedia brand new customer 20 days ago simple request switch from sports to movies to be told no pay for a service you can’t watch... is this customer service at this time of challenges. Didn’t get this with @skytv 😡😡

@virginmedia absolutely disgraceful new customer to virgin 3 weeks ago on deal of £70 a month for 12 month cancelled sports which was nightmare but now they try to take £179 out bank which I block and the cut it off leaving no WiFi or tv .... shocking 3 weeks service worst ever

@virginmedia every night our service drops out saying invalid internet connections . I’ve had a new router, there’s no flashing lights just no connection! Can watch tv but not catch up /on demand. Has went on for months! Fed up phoning 🙄

@IEvans93 @virginmedia I couldn't agree more. the outage in my area has been going on since October and every time I ring, the deadline for the fix is pushed back by a month or 2 which is not acceptable when people like me and you are expected to pay full price.

@virginmedia I need to cancel an engineer visit, I no longer require the visit as I cancelled my services. I am not going to spend an hour on the phone with call centre to do this so please can you cancel the visit or he will come and I will turn him away. Thanks

@virginmedia Then put us through to the department to cancel, staff there were breathing on the line but it was after 8 so wouldn’t answer me; said I could hear them, they disconnected me and now lines are closed.
