    @richardbranson hello Mr Branson just wanted to let you know one of your company's customer service is absolutely terrible in Glasgow i love virgin media but seriously think of switching to sky. I hope you read your loyal customer for over 15 year and fix the problem

    @virginmedia home wifi is down, call the help line for them to run a test through automated system only to be cut off so I call back to be told it’s a 30 minute wait to speak to someone because I’m ‘still’ experiencing the same issue! Help!

    @virginmedia It's not a servicing issue. If you look at my twitter feed or my account, you will see that some numpty in your company turned our Internet off three weeks before it was scheduled. We have been without Internet for 5 ******* DAYS! Sort it out.

    @virginmedia hi had call from you guys saying as a loyal customer you would add on calling mobiles to my landline. Then agent mentioned TV package and when I declined said he’d leave my package as it was and rang off!!! Not impressed!!

    @virginmedia The broadband box was erected against my fence surrounding my back garden, making it easy for intruders to climb over, Virgin media have said that the box could have been placed at my front garden, where it would not have created a problem, but the manager did not come back to me

    For those on the Virgin media 350Mbps service, reboot your router. Upload speed appears to have increased from 20Mbps to 35Mbps.

    @virginmedia (2) so tried to confirm. Chat service just kept repeating same thing 5 times - despite my explanation that none of options applied. Then tried Tel call & after rigmarole of security got cut off. No engineer, day wasted and parcel only just available to collect now.

    @virginmedia I'm on hold again right now, 'Dennis' in customer services was meant to call me with an update at 1415 but never. 1st person said it's due to me not having an active DD- everyone I've tried to pay via this method it has failed - no error at my bank.

    @virginmedia That's right, I have full bars on the WiFi. The WiFi is not the problem, the connection is. I have one device plugged in with an Ethernet cable and whenever the Internet cuts out this device also stops. The solid white light remains on the router and the only fix is to restart.

    @virginmedia Re read my first tweet. I tried calling and got cut off as like i said the wi-fi connection does not work sufficiently to hold a call. Due to the location of the property i don’t get good signal on my data either.

    @virginmedia Underperformance issues with speed- primarily the latency being ridiculously high Been going on for many months since original March lockdown Nature of the issue being intermittent- read as fine one second then it will be awful the next- detrimental for streaming/ zoom classes
