    @virginmedia is a complete and utter joke in Glasgow. Apparently there is a fault and won’t be resolved until January 5th. On Twitter, they redirect us to the service status page, which is “experience some problems” and we can’t check service status. Compensation is in order.

    @virginmedia Are you kidding? I am not paying 30p a minute to call you. The contact us page says webchat but no link? It also says some text service but no number? Are you also just making it impossible to get in touch. If this becomes any harder to set up billing I will cancel....

    @virginmedia how do I contact the help team? Recently joined and trying to setup billing / online account says to call you. But 0345 is 30p a minute. Can't find webchat, can't find text thing, don't have a live landline yet. I can access the dark web easier!

    @virginmedia I have never experienced such shocking service on the telephone for 150 mins still not resolved. I have 2 properties in the one block I requested one of them to be disconnected! VM disconnected both the tenant is now screaming at me as she works from home 😡😡

    It seems I made a good call using the OVO priority link this morning and not one through virgin media. Joined a virtual queue of around 12,000 that took half hour and although would like to have been lower down at the gig, I can’t have many complaints. #peterkay

    Hey @virginmedia it’d be pretty cool if you guys fixed my internet at some point. Like i know I’ve only spent £30 trying to call you guys and I did get to speak to this nice angry man on your support line who hung up on me immediately (which is a bargain)

    @GSpellchecker @virginmedia They are rarely competent, not as bad as Vodafone but no one is. Broadband speed wise though no one is close so no interest in cancelling.

    @O2 @virginmedia probably the worst mobile phone company to deal with. Customer service is a joke. Trying to resolve fraudulent activity on my account and no understanding. Abysmal. Please go anywhere else except them. Just cut me off now.

    @virginmedia I have had no broadband in G75 8 area of East Kilbride since 10.30pm on 3/11. We've had 4 rolling fix times which now says 14.15 today. tried your WhatsApp - told you are not taking anymore fault reports. Can you give honest fix time please?

    @virginmedia Hub3.0 no problems with connection and had a few other Virgin customers say the same about connections dropping out

    @virginmedia I have just got off the phone from Virgin customer services who assures me and engineer will collect the equipment on Friday. After 35 years as a Virgin customer I am very disapointed in the poor service I have recieved. Again why do I need to apply for a returns package ?

    @virginmedia Why is dealing with your customer services such a pain? Contract renewal for broadband only - £84 nearly double. Get in touch, 3 different departs, offers from £77 down to £44 then up to £53 all for the same deal. I’m thinking I will just leave for @Vodafone

    @virginmedia I have been trying to contact VM since Thursday to sort out contract. Waited on the phone 2+ hours and got disconnected. Then spoke to someone saying they have technical issues. Now my bill has been issued at a higher price because I cant get through to you 😡

    Embarrassing customer service with @virginmedia. 9 calls to upgrade my service AND sign up my mother, but reps are hugely untrained, unhelpful and the amount of times I was cut off and put on hold is endless. 2.5hrs down and i am no further sorted, despite speaking to a manager!
