@virginmedia Through and then hung up on... This also happened when I tried to ring the Saturday before (although I hadn't asked to speak to a manager)... It had just been a lot of issues and at the absolute most expensive time for them to have happened.

@virginmedia problems with my router and your tech help told me the cables must have come loose. I didn’t touch or move the router or the cables and your help got it back on by telling me that me tightening it resolved it. I never touched it. can’t you admit the router is faulty

@fittdr @virginmedia I'm hearing good things about @Plusnet on the customer service side, but it's the TiVo I'd miss, we are seriously considering @NOWTV broadband and TV as we already use them for sky movies but need to investigate if we (the wife) can watch @emmerdale and @LoveIsland 🤣🤣

Been having some WiFi issues recently, perhaps because my @virginmedia hub is about a decade old. So gave them a call and from Thursday I'll have the latest router and gigabit download speeds. I'm always surprised how good their customer service actually is nowadays.
