@virginmedia disappointing hour &45 mins spent on phone. You couldn’t rearrange installation, fair enough. But when I asked for a replacement SIM, mine had never arrived, inferring that I am lying, need to run a fresh credit check and my price would go up if I didn’t, scandalous!

@virginmedia you incorrectly disconnected my broadband on Thursday and said it would be reconnected within 24 hours. Its now the end of Tuesday and we're still without Internet. My wife needs Internet to work from home. Please help

Finally got an appointment for a @virginmedia engineer to visit today between 08:00-12:00. What a surprise, no show and no call to explain why they aren’t coming/turning up late. Best part of 2 weeks with an intermittent service now I’d unacceptable.

@virginmedia @BabakGanjei Tried this number-no broadband in the OL4 area for over 24 hours and lots of tweets went to @virginmedia to suggest not individual- and got informed ‘there are no reported issues in your area’. C’mon now VM. Texted the other number too-still no response!! Not a good service peeps
