    Virgin media is frustratingly slow. We pay around 33 each month. That’s more of what we pay for two months of internet, TV with all sports channels everything and Netflix, Disney and Amazon prime included. Might move back to India I swear.😭

    @virginmedia honestly... your call centre/arranging anything is absolutely shocking. Twice had something arranged, twice its not happened and wrong things noted. Please sort out your call centre. This poor engineer has just turned into a complaints department

    @virginmedia once again your connection speed is shockingly slow. Not sure why I pay for m600 lucky to get 50mb. To make things worse your chat never respondes and the phone is a joke. 25 years of taking my money and the service is getting worse. Think I will move to #BT

    Having been a loyal customer for 4 years with @virginmedia, I have been lied to by customer service. They applied a different package than what agreed on phone. Violation of customer’s right! Rang 3 times since to complain but nothing has been done! Disgraceful @VirginMediaCorp

    I don't WTF your customer service team are doing, from transferring me to the moving team, then being transferred to cancellation, then put on hold twice, now it looks like I'm being transferred back to the moving team. @virginmedia - shambolic!

    @virginmedia I connected my 3rd party router a few days ago and kept my hub in both router/modem mode but connected some of my devices to the 3rd party wifi bands. Still had the internet connection issues. Now all my devices are over to the new router I will put the hub in just modem mode

    @virginmedia @hadhughes Hello. Been with virgin over 10 years. I am trying to close my damn account since bloody july 2021 because i am in another country. I dont live at the address. I dont answer calls from my phone unless i know who it is, but YOU have sent me to debt collections.
