@virginmedia Still bad - have done that. You know about the issue it seems but it hasn’t been sorted in 6 days! Have rang twice, 20 & 40 min hold before line drops. Can you advise me what is being done?

@virginmedia You cannot try to say that leaving an elderly vulnerable person in their eighties for so long without a telephone is acceptable, nor is trying to make COVID an excuse. @virginmedia are failing in their responsibilities. Hub 3 worked fine Hub 4 will not, poor tech by you?

@virginmedia @debzholmric I’ve spoken to ...7(!) of your customer service staff this evening. 2 dropped the call, most passed me on. None resolved a simple mobile phone issue. This last one (7.44pm) has ‘gone to consult a co-worker...’. (Complete silence now 59 mins in) What kind of service is this?!

@virginmedia When I do the service/equipment diagnostic check - it confirms it’s not my equipment and says it is an intermittent issue affecting customers in my area - and that you are working on it? But it hasn’t got better.

@virginmedia going from bad to worse, trouble with new Hub 4, now tried for two days to get engineer to attend and sort out the faulty phone line for an elderly. & vulnerable relative, appallingly bad customer service, all they do is blame Covid. They are a complete disgrace!

@virginmedia You are not providing a land line you are providing a digital line. It will fail if there is a power cut. You are no longer charged for landline rental but you continue to pass on the costs for the landline rental to me & are substituting it for a product I have no use for

@virginmedia Our installer failed to turn up yesterday after we waited all day. We’ve been cut off 4 times whilst trying to resolve this, this morning. We want to cancel our contract with Virgin as the nearest install date is now 26th July - we’ve already spent £80 for wifi so far this week.
