    @virginmedia You haven’t applied the contract you sent out and the balance on our account is double the contract charge and your advice said pay in full to speak to someone if not it tough. And then said it would then be credited on the account. Your advisor are no help.

    @LordTets @virginmedia Go to Ofcom... you have clearly given them ample time on numerous occasions to resolve your complaint. Life is too short to spend your time waiting for promised calls and web chats... let the ombudsman deal with them.

    @virginmedia when is someone going to ring us back after the failure to apply the package to our account we sorted on the phone yet still hasn’t changed or a manager ringing back to deal with the complaint. Shocking services but soon quick to mailing bills out!

    @virginmedia please can you stop sending an engineer to my address, 1st time he said someone at this address had enquired about providing a service online (no they didn’t) that day I was on a work call, today I was in the shower. Car reg: YT18SXL. He’s just left.

    @virginmedia The excuse is always to make further improvements in my area. I have only been with Virgin for around 12 months and this has happened a handful of times. It would be great if I had a consistent network connection. Had multiple engineer callouts to fix that issue to no success.

    Why companies like @virginmedia use WhatsApp support I do not know. The system makes you wait an hour, if you don't respond in 10 minutes, it kicks you off the chat just to make you wait again

    @virginmedia Still not helpful once we have paid what you told us after not applying your contract! Been told it’s the agents error on a record call and then saying it’s invalid, and prepared to offer new customer better than current! Massive complaint in writing your staff on phone shocking!

    @virginmedia Don’t need to contact yodel as the sales person had no clue what she was doing, you don’t do plug and play boxes, they are all hard wired, the engineer brings it with him, how do I know this, I was told when I rang to chase it up and complain about the service.

    Dear Virgin Media, I have cancelled my contract with you on the 14th March 2022, due to poor service and the call centre not advising of correct procedure when moving home since then and many calls to your call centre I still get engineers calling at my house and text messages

    @virginmedia Can someone tell me what’s happening with the broadband in M22 area? It was down all day yesterday ( confirmed on checker) and came back on at 6pm ish. The same happened today. I work from home and need access to the internet during the daytime.
