@virginmedia 100s of times total waste of time, set questions & set answers just because they see the speed, they think it is good enough, you charge top rate for crap service especially the router, £500 a year with a £10 cheap router.

@virginmedia I wrote a letter of complaint about the state the road was left outside my house after your works putting new cable in. I’ve had 1 reply advising I would be contacted. I’m still waiting from December 2018. Can you give me any contact details where I will get a reply.

@vmbusinesshelp @vmbusiness F006897332 - it would be helpful if your team in Manila listened to customers rather than taking a robotic approach to support. I had to demand that a firmware downgrade take place - even after they admitted that would fix the issue.

So @virginmedia your upping the price of your service citing network improvement. Well for the last month we have had constant wifi drops, and when we try to call from our land land or mobile to resolve it 80% of the time the call terminates before even connecting on 150.
