@endaburke81 @virginmedia I had an awful experience with them! Switched over to BT as soon as the contract ended and not had an issue since! Not to mention 180Mbps+ speeds!

@virginmedia Finally technician visited on 30 Dec AM and revealed that there is upstream utilisation issues on SNR which causing intermittent internet connection over last 2+ yrs. He can not resolve as upstream department to resolve-until then I would continue to have issue with internet!!!
