    @virginmedia new broadband install today, was working fine now nothing. Your website won’t allow me to set up my account to check local service. Im an ex virgin engineer so know what to do and check. No Down or upstream signals. Same for neighbours. Get this sorted immediately

    @ThreeUK absolutely fed up of the abysmal service I get with my broadband. It simply doesn’t work. Was promised a speed in the store, ive never even got half. Constantly dropping out. Time to change back to @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Please can you help. Yet again my download and upload speeds are terrible can’t load or download anything. I’m paying for 110mbps but you give me 7mbps and less than 1mbps upload. Your ruining my business I pay you guys so much cash and my issues never get callbacks

    @virginmedia That is the first thing I checked and after the call center told me all is fine, an engineer will be sent out on Monday a text came back about 3 hours later to say there was actually an issue and you are working on it. So after we all called an issue was found hope it is fixed

    @virginmedia so my services, since being installed have not worked more than they have worked. As first impressions go this is very bad. If this isn’t fixed by this afternoon I will cancel my services as im still within 14 days cooling period.

    Does anyone know of a service worse than @virginmedia? Our home phone went down 5 weeks ago and we were promised an engineer in 10 days, yet still no one has come. I have tried ringing the customer help number a number of times but after about 1 hour 15 mins it rings off. Help!

    @virginmedia been a customer for over 20 years got conned into a package last year and will go up to £150 mth I rang and asked if there is a better deal as I’m not paying that each mth to be told no loyalty counts for nothing looks like I will be leaving you

    @virginmedia my Christmas present from Virgin. Our broadband isn’t working, issue with our cable. When can they be here? 5th January. Can this be believed?? How can an internet supplier do this when we are reliant on them for our livelihoods? Myself and my husband can not work??

    Hey @virginmedia I've been having issues where the router despite numerous resets and attempted fixes still suffers from what seem to be random drops in the WiFi. Is there anything that can be done about this as it has been an ongoing thing the last few months.

    @virginmedia I know it’s not true and based on my previous experience with you when you do come it’s usually two or three times as you can’t fix problem. Which means weeks or months of waiting... highway robbery

    @virginmedia We dont have a landline phone, & no effort made to my mobile. In the past we have always been called to my mobile.I’m really frustrated that the email states that unless I call back then they will claim my issue dealt with.But part of the issue is that Iv called 4 times about it!
