@virginmedia Tbh it’s been ongoing since we locked down in April. I accepted things might be a struggle but as time has passed colleagues and friends are not struggling with day to day connection or having constant lapses in connections. Having spoke to CCare nothing can be done.

@virginmedia The only things that change on my account is that I was force to change phone number last year as my old number was used by company spamming people. My kids phone are linked to my account but that shouldn't interfere with my number. Still no network today

@virginmedia I received a new hub yesterday and I was told by email that I need to return the old hub 3.0 but there's no info on how to do this. The link on virgin media website for returning equipment doesn't work, it's just a blank screen.
