    Mum is shielded and home alone. Her landline stopped working, after 6 days @virginmedia came to fix. Engineer couldn't fix so said would escalate. Mum chased again today and calls been closed! So far cost £21 in calls. #virginmedia, is that how to treat vulnerable customers?

    @virginmedia The engineer said he was unable to fix and said would escalate and she would get an update by 13.30 yesterday afternoon. No update was sent so she phoned today to be told the call had been closed

    @virginmedia This was a good day ago. I'm at least 20 reboots down the line now. It's a Virgin Superhub 3 and we seem to be stuck with one solid green light at the bottom and one flashing green connection light....on a cycle

    @virginmedia It was not ordered have lodged a formal complaint am apparently going to have a call back on Tues after the call where I agreed renewal has been listened to by a manager from Belfast office. An engineer has also been booked and I am paying for it despite the Homework I pay for

    @virginmedia My mobile service and data are completely down (Falmouth UK). Your checker says no issues. I can't phone you due to no signal and can't get wifi calls working. Seems to be no other way to contact you and I'm losing my mind.
