@virginmedia absolutely piss poor customer service from@whoever the guy was who put us on hold, blagging our of his arsehole he was waiting for a technician, to then cut us off just before 8pm so that we couldn’t call back BECAUSE THE LINES ARE CLOSED!

Virgin Media is trending and as such it’s a good time to remind people that the only viable speeds should not be provided by the worst broadband company in customer service. Nothing will change if we stay quiet. UK-wide gigabit internet is ESSENTIAL to the growth of the economy.

@virginmedia Btw I’ve just checked online and the complaint has not been updated since 26/5/21 - the day it was opened. That’s really poor since I spent 80 minutes on the phone to your customer services last week and your engineer has made two visits to my mum in the last five days.

@virginmedia So ive now managed to find the complaints form. We dont feel valued. For months we've put up with wifi and tv issues due to the roadside box. Now the phone isnt working great so an engineer is coming out. We just want the same deal as everyone else. 2.
