@ProfWoodward @virginmedia I can believe it. That’s outrageous - and clearly they don’t need the business. Which given the expense of their broadband + TV package seems about right. If it’s any consolation - it’s down a lot, and the speed we get is constantly being throttled, even before covid.

@virginmedia Well me and my family won't be watching the euros at all as the Internet is Down again in Lancing I've reset the router turned off and on rebooted it from the main router admin page turned off all appliances so it can boot up still nothing what's the reason of this.

@virginmedia Well you won't know until you send someone out to look at it, your refusal to do this is outrageous, 2 weeks to send someone out to even look at an issue, you are allowing a vulnerable pensioner to be alone without his services, why is absolutely no one in your company concerned?
