    @virginmedia Well you said u only get compensation 4 certain things however for almost 3 weeks now the internet I rely on for nearly everything is slow &cuts out my neighbours the same . I have missed on line interviews , zoom meetings , unable to do some coursework & u guys say oh well ...

    @virginmedia I’ve already spent hours on the phone & spoken to several different agents so as you can appreciate I don’t really want to go over it all again! Just wanted to air my disappointment that’s all and to be told I’ll have to pay a fortune to cancel because of it is also disgusting!
