    @virginmedia I was some time ago but that was because I had entered my number I don't know what number they tried to call as they would not tell me so poor it really is and after 15 years 🤣

    @virginmedia It’s not if you fell short, you guys did fall short . I cancelled my service and it should have been cutoff on the 10th March not the 10th of Feb. all I wanted to here that it was going to be restored. #untrustworthy

    @virginmedia I have spoke. To your CS team and I was passed to 3 different departments and basically told some admin nonsense about a call I made in October. Nothing as been resolved I don’t have TV service and I want have Broadband service soon as I will cancelling the that as well.

    @virginmedia It’s a solid white light with no other lights but my phone, iPad, alexa, or my missus phone won’t connect to the WiFi says no internet... and yes I checked via your website I signed in to check the service status

    @ianbriggs @virginmedia This is why I left them for Sky years ago. They are poor. Been with Sky for 12 years, and they have always been good customer service wise, and rectifying faults quick.

    @virginmedia so customer service just hung up on us after putting us on hold for over half an hour and failing to deal with an issue which your app said you can deal with. Only want a wifi booster and the customer service I have received was atrocious

    @virginmedia No reported issues in my area. Weirdly hive hub appears online but every other device, phones laptops etc are reporting "IP configuration" and nothing connecting. Your website keeps falling over on 4g too which doesn't help

    @KirstyCM @virginmedia OMG, it’s the worse. I had an issue since October still haven’t been resolved until now and they are still charging me. Spent 60mins on phone 10x trying to resolve they pass you about or cancel call after being put on hold. Disgusting service. Just cancelled the Direct Debit

    @virginmedia my mums tv/broadband went down at 8.30pm last night, you said it would be back up and running by 12.30am, still not working this morning she’s been told it should be back in at 4.30pm today. No mention of the problem! #ridiculous #compensation

    Hey @virginmedia, how long does it take for your DNS servers take to update? I updated my website DNS a few days ago and it’s still not updated. Everywhere else has but when using your Hub which will only use your DNS, the website errors as it’s looking at the old location still!

    @virginmedia The app for controlling the TV without the physical remote has not been working for weeks now. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled and reset the app. Keeps saying I’m not on the local network with the box. Of course I am!

    Hey @virginmedia Intelligent wifi pods... First one connected no problem, second one won't connect (constant flashing white light c. 72hrs+). Called to get a third/replacement, this one doing same thing. How do I reset / check conenction? Already tried full reset of Hub4 + 24hrs?
