    @virginmedia Well you said u only get compensation 4 certain things however for almost 3 weeks now the internet I rely on for nearly everything is slow &cuts out my neighbours the same . I have missed on line interviews , zoom meetings , unable to do some coursework & u guys say oh well ...

    @virginmedia This is the type of response I’ve been hearing for the past months while you’re service is not working as it should. Trying to cancel the service leads to being cut out on the phone. Do something for your customers!

    @virginmedia Paying a premium price for poor service currently. If it’s down tomorrow, I’ll be forced to go against Government guidance in a national lockdown & travel to office in Central London putting myself at risk
