    was in my old home for 2 year with @virginmedia never had any problems now moved into my new home TV gone off gotta wait 5 days for it foxed broadband keeps dropping NOT GOOD I know we all have teething problems bit this is complete joke

    @virginmedia basically I can't do anything on the stream box comes up contact customer care I do then I get absolute no were...look I understand everyone has teething problems but this needs sorting ASAP because different when you need the money I ain't paying for something I can't use said

    @virginmedia The link asks me to log in which I do, then it shows me my contract etc, I can either fill a form in for someone to contact me but I’ve did it before or it shows the complaint as been closed

    @virginmedia Unfortunately not. The issue is she doesn’t receive any communication from Virgin apart from a monthly text with the link to her account. As she has no password etc she can’t access it

    @virginmedia twice in 2 months that my hub 5 has completely gone down with a flashing red light and won’t work, I’ve had to book a technician for it both times. Costs too much for this to keep happening!

    @virginmedia There are no outages, and because, today, the tests they ran found no faults, that's it! The issue has been logged with engineering, but no further action, despite the fault occurring while I was talking to them there's nothing they will do. Open to suggestions how to proceed?

    @virginmedia charging a £240 disconnection fee to end our contract when our new house doesn’t support virgin so that’s the only reason why we haven’t stayed. 🤮 also not telling us this fee when actually cancelling instead billing us on the sly, disgusting & daylight robbery!

    @virginmedia So... another call and an engineer wasn't booked!!! To say I am furious is an understatement as I've blocked out 4 hours of my working day to wait for an engineer. I am extremely dissatisfied with this service given I have been a customer of yours for 12+ years.

    Virgin media promised to install broadband after moving ,after waiting in all day they didn’t nor did they tell me they couldn’t till I rang . They promised somebody would ring me within 3 days 8 days later nothing ,Great way to treat a long standing customer @virginmedia
