    @virginmedia Boosters have been lost in transit, waiting to find out if more will be sent. WiFi signal is terrible, hub 4 worse than hub 3. Extremely frustrated, paying a fortune for service not fit for purpose.

    @virginmedia had no TiVo working for 1 week now. WiFi running really slow. 5th day of calling up and being passed from pillar to post, on hold for 45 mins only to be told Iโ€™ve been transferred to the wrong department, further hold for 35 minutes to have the line go dead!!!!

I have all the sky channels, movies/sport except the one HBO content is on they won't let Virgin media have it. I can't wait for the deal to be up.

    @virginmedia Told u the issue the WiFi box is non existent its does not appear on a search and 2nd box doesn't work at all as needs WiFi which we don't have at all..

    @virginmedia Thanks for a quick response! I donโ€™t have an online account. Iโ€™ve actually never used Virgin. Not a fan. I can only assume Iโ€™m getting these messages as I signed a previous employer up 3 years ago. Also why give the option to text โ€˜NOโ€™ if it does nothing?

    @virginmedia Same fault that got fixed 2 days ago when there was apperently a fault in area which was rubbish.. engineer even said there been no faults in area. Had it with the crap service I just want to cancel this service all together but my argument is you can't provide the service. 1/2
