Obviously, using the @UswitchUK service I should shop for a better than the exorbitant @virginmedia broadband service with phone line that I pay for but never use, after 6 years, they are complacent, I'm unhappy, because the Direct Debits are going in above the rate of inflation.

@virginmedia Someone came to our assisted living facility and offered us a deal to change over to Virgin. My bills have never been higher. I told the person I just spoke to I can’t log in to my account because I don’t have that email address anymore. I need to update to my new email.
