    @virginmedia why are your fibre upload speeds so slow? 10mbps upload on a 109mbps download speed? Sky and BT and others offer 20mbps download speed on their 67mbps download speeds.Please review this as when 2 people are working from home on video calls 10mbps up isn't fast enough

    @virginmedia finally after 1:10 mins on the phone. We have a possible resolution. Whilst the tech on the line was very apologetic and helpful, the waiting, lack of response and overall service is appalling.

    @benmalka @virginmedia it's funny how VM always seem to have a lot of issues, used to be with VM a few years ago too and stuff like this was common, went to BT and while they are lower speeds i think there was ONE outage for 3 years (and it lasted for like 2 hours)

    @virginmedia forcing telephone lines onto the internet the day after the internet went down all day and you increased prices 13% over inflation means most customers will leave you as soon as they can.

    New customers @virginmedia get the same package as me but for half the price, and their call centre tells lies. So much for customer loyalty
