@virginmedia My issue is that this happens all the time . It’s about the seventh fault in as many days . The tv and broadband both constantly go down , service is totally unreliable . So even if you ‘fix’ it, it will probably only work for a few hours @ofcom

@virginmedia No error. It just fails to connect. The Tick actually appears in the Wi-fi settingswhich makes it seem that the @o2 advert will pop up (the final step before connecting) but it never does. I have restarted my phone several times.

@RuthPetrie1 @virginmedia @Ofcom Thanks I don’t hold out much hope . Someone had informed me the issues are to do with them not upgrading the cabinets you see on the pavements outside. The older cabinets cannot Cope with high usage !!! @ofcom

@virginmedia note...... it is not good customer service to disconnect the call simply because you are unable to answer some legitimate questions relating to your poor service. I made a move to you last month and have to say it is one of the worst decisions that I have made!

I pay them 70 quid a month to be Spoken to like dirt by someone who has no knowledge of all the problems and can’t construct a sentence . The most appalling service I have ever experienced . The problems in sw5 have gone on for weeks @ofcom

Be careful peeps. Been waiting for help from @virginmedia for days and then get a call this morning and scammed for £2000. They seem to know who us waiting for help. Very clever but I was on to them and contacted bank just seconds before the transfer 😡

@virginmedia your smtp server is down again. No outgoing emails using Outlook, phone or tablet apps but webmail working OK. Login error 525 (VM305) Last time this happened (summer 2020) it took over a week to sort out. Please this time extract a digit and get this fixed ASAP!

@LordConnaught @virginmedia The customer service can be really hit and miss (if you can get through to them), the wait times are absolutely woeful. I've just moved to them as they are the only fibre provider in my area.
