Most times someone will hang up and not call back making me have to call again, wait for 30m, tell the whole story again. Need to speak to an actual human at a store. Suggestions?

Thursday the promise is to have things fixed by Friday, Friday it moves to Monday aso… It’s been like this for a month 🤯 We work from home; we need decent broadband.
