Aidan Costello (@aidan_codtello) reported@entrustTMF @virginmedia Whereabouts are you out of interest? My daughter is working from home today at our house and says Virgin broadband has packed up. I'm in hospital for a few days so out of touch but wondering if problems are localised or nationwide. Thanks!
-
James Turpin (@mobily_uk) reported@virginmedia The dance has started... Had to cancel as the best offer was £130 per month. I have been offered £101 over the phone but still £35 more than current price.

Turkish 🇹🇷 🏴 (@Turkish_hackney) reported@virginmedia spoke to your customer service not long ago and the person couldn’t understand me. Why do you hire people that don’t understand basic English sorry to say. And your services are rubbish by the way, I will be cancelling
-
entrustTMF (@entrustTMF) reported@virginmedia I assumed that by the way they seem to move about so frequently and wildly. What I would REALLY like to know is if somebody is ACTUALLY physically addressing the problem and genuinely working on it? I was asked to DM you yesterday, which I did, but haven't had ANY reply to that
-
entrustTMF (@entrustTMF) reported@miaKJKJ22 @Gary1165 @virginmedia Working from home too. A real pain. They told me there was a problem in the area, then made up manifold times that it would be fixed. Often pushing forward the fix by a risible 56 minutes! Then a text yesterday saying it WAS fixed(app said perfect too)...when it obviously wasn't
-
CrankyGeek (@pepetideo) reported from Oxford, EnglandYou only know how sitty a service provider relly is when something goes wrong. Was with @virginmedia for over 5 years. Now that i decided to leave they have charged me for 2 months with me already with another provider. After complaining they take 2 months to refund you and now that i sent them their router they somehow misplaced it and charged me 40 quid saying i didnt send it (even thought i had a call last week where i gave them the receipt) If you are their customer.. Get out as soon as possible and remember to block the direct debits. They cannot be trusted with your money.
-
Aidan Costello (@aidan_codtello) reported@entrustTMF @virginmedia Needless to say neither of us have ever seen the £50. I had terrible broadband from them for many years and don't know why I was foolish enough to go back.
-
simon parkinson (@parky1021) reportedOnce again @virginmedia goes down Absolutely fed up of this now Shocking service Never used to be like this
