SIM card changed, Gigacube changed, loads of hours wasted to tech support, same old problems only mean one thing, and like I originally thought it means @VodafoneUK 4G/5G is ****, pure lies on their website stating good coverage, now get me ******** out of this contract #frauds

ANOTHER bill from @VodafoneUK for a service cancelled by them and therefore never delivered. I have no faith after speaking to the 5th (& very rude) customer service rep since Dec that this will be resolved. Steer clear of this company 😡

@VodafoneUK Ok well a specific location it doesn't work is the bus stop at EN5 5NQ. But all over that area mobile internet barely works or does not work at all. Additionally in some areas around there the phone signal is poor. The problem I'm talking about now is good signal but no net.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Talk talk are no different, we tried to cancel my mothers account for almost two years I eventually stopped the DD. I know they run a business but their customer care/credit controllers don’t believe your parent has died, it’s pay us or we put you to debt collection.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK So sorry to read this. I had exactly the same issue with my husband’s account after he passed away. Cancelled it x 2 but never happened. They also sent a debt recovery firm. Only after I complained publicly on Facebook did someone sort it out.
