@markchristie I enjoy feeding you material! I’m caught in a similar loop with @VodafoneUK at the moment. The problem is that the people manning their social handles don’t have any more information than is available on their website and, crucially, no authority. It’s so damaging to the brand.

@VodafoneUK I've since spoken to Anna and declined the Goodwill £47 taking the early termination fees to £132 I left Vodafone for the poor service now you wish to charge me for your poor service I went with @SkyHelpTeam as they could actually provide broadband! Absolutely disgusting
