gary watkinson (@WatkinsonGary) reported from Islington, England@VodafoneUK You are still charging me for a service you are not providing. Despite two complaints you have still not sent me the SIM card. Do I have to write to the Directors of this company, or issue a Claim.
-
Ben Fisher (@BenFisherCT) reported from Islington, England@VodafoneUK Hi, I will private message if that’s okay. The signal coverage here says full signal inside and out on the Vodafone website, with limited 5G coverage. But I can’t anything except 3G (50%-75% signal). If it was decent 3G it wouldn’t be a problem but 1.3mbps isn’t enough.

But if that is not possible, you should announce this change of service and offer a 30-day option for customers to quit their contract. I’ll DM you now

Osman (@deniz34j) reported@VodafoneUK I am writing to formally complain about Vodafone TR. The customer service agents are extremely rude and they hung up the phone on me. Furthermore, they are charging unfair and unauthorized extra fees on my bill. I cannot find any helpful representative in TR to solve my problem.
-

-

Ann Pierce-Jones (@AnnPierceJones1) reported@VodafoneUK since June your service has been well below acceptable level in Caernarfon. Despite this my last 2 bills didn't show any compensation & you've taken payment in full. Today 12 August has been particularly bad on both 4G & network. I've already raised this on account
-
roberitno (@roberitno26325) reported@VodafoneUK must be the worst internet I’ve ever had … stay away from them . Shockers
-
Ellie Kennedy (@anirishwriter) reported@ZiaYusufUK That’s one company that will never get my custom. @VodafoneUK should be investigated for this. Aiding and abetting illegal scum who come here to **** and murder. Shame on you Vodafone
-
ShazzerMac3 (@ShazzerMac3) reportedHey @VodafoneUK why are you giving out free SIM cards to illegal immigrants. I’m a long standing customer and will be moving my account until you cease aiding abetting illegal immigrants into this country. Shame on you.

Danny B (@DannyBee595) reportedI've had such a frustrating experience upgrading with @VodafoneUK , I wish I hadn't bothered. The bloatware on the Honor Magic V6 is already horrendous, but then I have to contend with pre-ticked boxes to install even more of the crap in "Vodafone Appbox"... which can't be skipped or closed. So I've had to go through 3 (full) screens of apps which nobody wants and had to untick the apps which Vodafone conveniently (and sneakily) ticked on my behalf. This is a great way to ruin the arrival of a new phone, which should be a positive experience. My mood is already frustrated from this, that's before I even start to uninstall all the other crap that HONOR put on their phones. I remember the pain I felt when I got my last phone trying to get rid of the Vodafone bloatware, but 3 years on it is so much worse now. NOBODY WANTS THIS JUNK. You're ruining the experience of what is meant to be your main product/service. Poor show.
-
Jacqui SmethurstTodd (@1977pandora) reportedShame on you for giving Sims to illegal migrants. I won't be using your service and will spread the word. @VodafoneUK
-
Or Sassur (@Orsassur2) reported@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK, your customer service in London was an absolute disgrace. I went to your store simply to buy a Vodafone SIM card and was treated like an enemy of the Crown rather than a potential customer. The attitude of the staff was arrogant, hostile and completely disproportionate to such a simple request. When a customer challenges poor service, your employees should not respond with intimidation, threats or an attitude designed to make the customer feel unwelcome. Your store staff are there to serve customers—not interrogate them as if they were members of the Secret Service. I expected professionalism from a major British telecommunications company. Instead, I experienced arrogance, hostility and behaviour that left me questioning whether Vodafone actually wants customers. @VodafoneUK, is this really the standard of customer service you consider acceptable in London? Because if so, the problem isn't the customer. The problem is Vodafone.
