    @VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

    @VodafoneUK I’m aware of the speed excuse but the reception is poor for the whole journey even when the train is stationary. It’s about time this problem was sorted out. With regard to WiFi - it’s not secure to use public WiFi - hence it’s not used.

    @VodafoneUK Hi - please let me know how to contact your credit team. I had two credit cards reduce my balance and checked my file - Vodafone have a default notice on it.Your company failed to provide 5g Network not even 4g. I switched to other vendors

    @SadiqKhan Are you aware that @VodafoneUK recently removed their support for the existing tube Wifi? Leaving many thousands of their paying users without connectivity. I support your drive for a more connected London but it seems like vodafone has taken a huge step back.
