    @Tom_Whi @VodafoneUK Super cool fix thank you. For broadband issues, login to your router at 192.168.1.1, select expert mode and under internet you can manually configure DNS as Tom suggests.

    Here's a good example of "surprise & delight": you're an ISP and a client moves home & wants to keep you as their provider. You tell them the service will be up in the new house on x date and u make it available at 6 am, NOT at 11pm on that day. Hint hint @VodafoneUK

    @BT_Openreach @VodafoneUK I've a complaint to make companies like @DisneyPlus recommended minimum strimming speed of 25 Mbps to watch there premium service (dolby Vision/Atmos) but it loose it speed & goes down below 25, as we are on FTTC & not on FTTP exchange Waunfawr LL54 7AJ
