    @karsbreanne @VodafoneUK I left them many many years ago when they charged my ex >£700 - his phone was stolen, he reported it immediately but they still charged him! And I will never go back to them. Ever.

    @VodafoneUK This network is an absolute disgrace. I have been trying to update my direct debit for months and I haven’t been able to. Not through the app and not through the online portal. Coverage is also the poorest I have experienced with any network.
