    @VodafoneUK I’ve gone from a loyal 10 year plus customer to sim only and now I’m after a new contract you don’t know how to treat people. Wife’s with EE, think that’s where I’m going too. I don’t do private messages to save you embarrassment.

    @VodafoneUK Thank you. If they could prioritise this, that would be hugely appreciated. This is a particularly bad defect causing much disturbance.

    @VodafoneUK Ok well a specific location it doesn't work is the bus stop at EN5 5NQ. But all over that area mobile internet barely works or does not work at all. Additionally in some areas around there the phone signal is poor. The problem I'm talking about now is good signal but no net.

    Anyone else have trouble with @ring service? 3 have so far failed through crap batteries. Rip-off @VodafoneUK charged me £45 to talk to a #Ring operator as they don't take complaints by email or chat, just telephone. The latest replacement has not arrived but how to complain?

    @VodafoneUK Despite requesting say 8 times for over 6 weeks you still have not sent me my SIM card. Have been a customer for 25 years plus, will not be for much longer. Totally let down by @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I'm sorry for your loss. I've had to go through this ghastly business three times now. The worst I had was my FiL's energy supplier, Shell. They knocked on my door a few weeks ago and I told them I'd rather sit in the dark than ever use them again.

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Many years ago I got a final demand letter from them. Which showed on my credit score, for the whole some of £0.00p. I got it sorted eventually after raising the issue with one of the agency that’s do the crimes it scores. Was a ballache at the time tho.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my mum died and Im wanted to take over the contractthey said I wouldn't be able to keep her number for the land line she had for 15 years. Told it wasnt possible. Until I made the biggest complaint and fuss and magically they were able to let me have it. Horrible company.

    @worldmeetdani @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Same issue with O2 over an apparent 20 quid bill after I finished my contract but no letters or emails. Said they didn’t have to. Defaulted on 8 months after they gave the “debt” to another company. credit score in the shitter and almost never got a mortgage as a result 🫠

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I had the worst time with them, my dad wanted to take over my mom's account, after her death, as his first cell phone. They made it impossible. He finally gave up and got a new number 😞

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Did the same to me, lodge an official complaint with Vodafone. Specialist Care Manager, Vodafone Limited, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 2FN. Ask for a complaint reference number and keep records of all contact. Then write to all three credit agencies outlining the details and reference the complaint number. They really are shady bastards.

    @VodafoneUK I have been a Vodafone customer for a good 25 years + when I joined there was as area that received no service , 25 years on the same !! Where I live 9 years , again service is hit or miss . Not sure why I haven’t left tbh but now is the time
