  @VodafoneUK my experience with you since December has been very poor. Hopeless you put wrong no. on pay as you go and then charged me for the outstanding contract period of the number you cut of in error. Numerous calls and now you have cut my three lines off.

  @VodafoneUK All you guys need to do is send out an engineer to survey signal and internet in EN5, Barnet, North Finchley N12 and they will see it is complete rubbish....and I'm talking on the high roads, main busy areas too.

After my father passed away,I called to cancel his line.They promised our bill would stay at €25month.Instead,they spiked it to €49 and told me to wait until Aug 13th for a solution.Misleading customers during a bereavement is unacceptable

  @VodafoneUK what has happened with the coverage in Norfolk/Suffolk. My wife was stranded today, car broken down with no signal. She is diabetic and had to borrow someone else’s phone to ring for recovery. You pay for a contract which you cannot obviously deliver bad service ffs
