@VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup 5 weeks since our complaint. No response. Is this how you cater to customers? Wrong phone sent, false contract granted, administrative difficulties, staff arguments, staff confusion all at the expense of the customers time that we will not get back.

@AndyWoodturner @VodafoneUK I worked for them for a couple of years a long time ago. Only job I've ever just walked out on, I kept getting in trouble for selling customers the tariff they needed, Vodafone just wanted us to rip everyone off. So I walked and I sleep well at night.

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Took me 3 months to cancel a contract which was literally out of date - as in I was out of contract with them. Each time I spoke to them they confirmed cancellation - and then charged me for another month. I have another contract with them... Already stressing over it.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Few years back they tricked my mother who had dementia to buy the latest most expensive phone and the highest tariff. When I found out I tried to get them to cancel it as was within 14 days but they wouldn't.
