    @VodafoneUK That’s Shu but it’s a terrible service. I’ve called 191 and haven’t once been able to get through to an advisor. Could someone please call me because I’ve called 191 and 56677 multiple times already today with no luck. I just want to pay my bill.

    Am now flying home. Which means my agency is going to be calling me looking to book me for shifts. Which they can't do if my phone service does work. So at this point @VodafoneUK **** up goes from dangerous and inconvenient to actually costing me money.

    So I'm now reaching the end of day 3 with no phone service cos @VodafoneUK can't seem to fix whatever they've done to switch off my service. Had to navigate London with a paper map, no one has been able to get hold of me off Twitter/Facebook.

    @VodafoneUK Disappointing. Made 2 calls to 191. The 1st time, after 30m, I was disconnected. The 2nd ended after 50m with ‘the team you need to speak to is not available, use online chat. It was online chat that told me to call 191. I was calling to cancel my broadband contract.

    Appalling service from @vodafoneuk business broadband. Spent close to 4 hours being passed around their telephone service, repeating ourselves to each person. Still not resolved and feel the only way to get satisfaction is to cancel our contract #ombudsman #complaint
