    @VodafoneUK The agents or customer Vernice team cut me of three times while I was trying to resolve this issue. On the third time, in a space of 15 min I asked the agent to call me back, giving him my number but that never happened.

    Update - DPD tried to deliver at 1030 this morning. When I wasn’t home. Funny that, given @VodafoneUK had promised they would book at hour delivery slot at 1800. I asked them to confirm they had done it and the ‘customer service’ person hung up rather than answer.

    @AnnaWeather @VodafoneUK I ordered 11pro 256Gb last tuesday. Was told 1 to 2 weeks delivery, but it's out of stock. People are waiting like 3 or 4 weeks for there phones. No one at customer services knows what they're doing.

    @VodafoneUK finally fixed. Fault began on Wednesday. All down to @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp buggering lines up but the customer service has been awful. Can’t believe I have to pay today

    @gillett_liam @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 I used to be with o2 for a while, but I found there signal kept cutting out everywhere, Vodafone has been the best signal wise for me and there data speeds are pretty cool.

    @VodafoneUK That’s fine if you can get into the bloody thing. But I think you’ve missed the point. Why is the word grooming on there? People don’t talk about the fact they’re groomers or search for someone to groom them, they seek help when they’ve been groomed.
