@VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

@VodafoneUK terrible service! My Mum’s phone was stolen yesterday, been told three times it has been blocked. Each time we’ve called it and someone has answered so no block. Told new phone was available to pick up in Paddington store, an hour later told there’s none in stock.

Received message from @EE to upgrade. Phoned and told I was exempt from any deals, plans available over my budget, plus wanted upgrade fee. I think it's time for a new provider @O2 @VodafoneUK, hopefully you will treat customers with over 10 year service better!

@VodafoneUK Sadly the damage is done. I’m already considering leaving Vodafone due to the issues last night. The level of customer service was awful, I spoke to 4 people in total and was told contradicting things and felt extremely pressured into paying when I didn’t need to.
