    I don’t normally do this but has to be said that @VodafoneUK Have delivered some of the worst customer service of my entire life the past few days. Contradicting statement, lost SIM cards, no explanations. Spent 2 full days dealing with agents and no resolution.

    @VodafoneUK I have been let down by Vodaphone. My engineer visit was booked for 01/02 and I change this to 04/02 I waited in all day and no engineer arrived. Soonest I can get an engineer now is 14/02 UNACCEPTABLE. I want to cancel my contract.

    I’m on hold to customer complaints @VodafoneUK and I am astounded by the rudeness of the agent I have just spoken too. I’m gobsmacked he spoke to me the way he did. If he was my member of staff he would be disciplined and dismissed.

    @VodafoneUK terrible service! My Mum’s phone was stolen yesterday, been told three times it has been blocked. Each time we’ve called it and someone has answered so no block. Told new phone was available to pick up in Paddington store, an hour later told there’s none in stock.

    @VodafoneUK another call to the so called Vodaphone customer services. My third attempt to get them to do their most basic of jobs and sort out my phone and broadband home move. @VodafoneUK are the most rubbish phone company, totally useless.

    @VodafoneUK They don’t use social media. But we have heard him make several long calls (45 mins or more) over the past few weeks trying to sort this. And then apparently to whisper after he told them he had hearing difficulties. Appalling. I’m sure you can track it down.

    @VodafoneUK That’s the first place I went to when I had a problem. I’ve done all that. Both. The tv goes in and out of fuzziness when using apps and my phone apps constantly dip

    @VodafoneUK are the absolute worst Broadband provider I think I have ever had. Refuse to let me set up a Direct Debit. Their other payment system is constantly breaking, then they cut off service before the bill is even due. Oh and charge you extra for the privilege.

    @VodafoneUK I think we're beyond that now. I'd like to escalate the complaint. I'd also like a copy of the read-out showing the fault and lack of internet connection. All 3 engineers could see from their equipment the continued fault. I'd like to know how I request a copy of this, please.

    @VodafoneUK Simply do as I ask. I’ve been trying to get Vodafone to actually do something for over 2 weeks. By today please escalate this complaint to your customer service, or resolve it with a £100 compensation payment to my Vodafone mobile phone account.
