@VodafoneUK I have been on the phone 📱 for 4 hours now - almost with 10 agents to cancel my contract. iPad was sent to repair, replacement was promised. It has been 3 months! You are still charging me! You are in clear breach of your contract- checked today!

Bit unhappy with @VodafoneUK First I get new phone they cancel contact charge me full amount for phone then blacklist my credit history.Eventually sorted. Now Kilburn branch appears to have lost my phone when in for repair.Even suggested they had given it back #notgoodenough

@VodafoneUK Thank you for your excuse. You’ve known for at least 20minutes. It takes very little time to send a message out which simply reads “We are having issues with our network which may affect you making or receiving calls. We’re working on getting this fixed as quickly as possible.”

@VodafoneUK most infuriating journey trying to upgrade my phone with NHS discount. First link was broken. 2nd didn't arrive. 3rd arrived and managed to copy code but the basket says expired code. On chat passed to 4 people. No resolution. Now on hold for past 20mins. 🤬😤
