@VodafoneUK I upgraded my handset in July 2018 to an iPhone X. The battery started loosing capacity few weeks ago and today I called customer services and asked if I could make an appointment in the Westfield store to have it replaced. The ******* the phone was helpful.

@VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

@VodafoneUK I've on 4 occasions rang your customer care to get my account sorted. I have had no contract sent to me, no username or pin for my account. Your system won't allow my email address to be updated as one of your employee entered it incorrectly. 5 weeks no resolution.

Awful service today from @VodafoneUK I wish to cancel my mobile broadband was put on hold for ages for chat advisor then told the service had ended for the day at 1115 then I called was told to use the chat!! Then put through and was cut off. frustrating.
