    @VodafoneUK Don’t you think you should push a notification, email or text to your network to let them know they may not be able to make or receive calls?! You know... basic customer communication/care? I wouldn’t have known if my husband hadn’t facebooked me that he can’t get hold of me

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup 5 weeks since our complaint. No response. Is this how you cater to customers? Wrong phone sent, false contract granted, administrative difficulties, staff arguments, staff confusion all at the expense of the customers time that we will not get back.

    @VodafoneUK Have been dealing with Adam and numerous colleges at the complainants dept about this for last 24 hours. Was told it would be all sorted out by midday at the latest but still not working. Can send you order, invoice and proof of payment. Really need this sorted out ASAP.
