    @VodafoneUK DM’ed you. Took 12 hours to get back to me. Tried chatbot again. Useless. Been into your store. They were better but couldn’t do everything. Just spent 40 mins on chat with an operator. Have service back (after 3 days). Now can’t log into my account. Really really poor.

    @VodafoneUK I spent more than hour on your chat service trying to stop you delivering a phone to an old address that I DID NOT enter when upgrading, was told it was changed and you STILL try to deliver to the old address. What is wrong with your customer service?

    @VodafoneUK You see, Harriet, you sent me a code over text and I had no service. I just gave up as you need to understand I’ve now spent 4+ hours on this chatting, tweeting, going in store and it still isn’t back to normal.

    I’m now just posting about how crap @VodafoneUK are and #customerservice for evidence. I cannot call them I cannot use their robot I cannot reply to their threats THEY STILL AINT CALLED THEY STILL AINT ACKNOWLEDGED AND ITLL BE MY FAULT EVEN WITH 2 weeks evidence A totes #joke

    I was an advocate 4 @VodafoneUK #vodafone but this past 10 days (and still unable 2 speak to someone). I think thats #disgusting They told me they’d call me but never did. Now Ill b cut off because after 10 days I cannot speak to anyone. At least I got evidence of efforts

    @VodafoneUK My friend is receiving texts regarding changes to an account and 'thanks for your order'. They do not have an account. Your CS line only has options for existing customers. How do we fix this?

    @VodafoneUK sold me a 3rd tariff guess what despite complete assurances still doesn’t have what I wanted. Complaints have me a code that doesn’t work and I can’t speak to anyone senior enough to sort this out! Worst of all the help people keep making it out it is my fault!!!

    I'm gonna assume that anyone being shitty with me this evening is probably a customer of @VodafoneUK as their data services this evening seem to be up and down like Katie Price's knickers. Which is rather unusual of vodafone as i extremely rarely have issues with them.

    @rjcurtis @CityFibre @VodafoneUK That... does not appear to be what they’re doing (I see no T-ed pipe - appears to simply be running straight(ish) down the road, parallel to the front of all the properties) but I’ll go and have a closer look while they are working tomorrow.
