    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup 5 weeks since our complaint. No response. Is this how you cater to customers? Wrong phone sent, false contract granted, administrative difficulties, staff arguments, staff confusion all at the expense of the customers time that we will not get back.

    @DPDgroup_news I have had the worst experience with #DPD you surround yourself with technology but can’t drop a phone from @VodafoneUK to a customer with a doorbell that works, a 24 hr Concierge and clear instructions given via your app 🤬

    @dualcyclone @VodafoneUK Hey they have been pretty good tbh until this time around. Been with them for about 2 years and never have down moments. Just wasn’t easy to get hold of them this time around to sort my home move. Could be a WFH thing, but once I got hold of someone he was great.

    @VodafoneUK Broadband outage last night between midnight and 2am. I was unable to work and there was zero communication from my ISP, no information online, no way for me to report the problem, no way of knowing when or if I would be able to work. Totally unprofessional Vodafone
