Vodafone Issues Reports Near Sunbury Common, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Sunbury Common and nearby locations:

  • Geojam George Biswas (@Geojam) reported from Virginia Water, England

@VodafoneUK How can I get one of your support staff to fast track through my previous contact with you, saving both you and I time? The issue is almost definitely outside my home and nothing to do with your router or the infrastructure in my house.

  • AndrewCarrier Andrew Carrier 🍸 (@AndrewCarrier) reported from Hammersmith, England

@VodafoneUK, do your support Family Setup on the Apple Watch SE? Trying to add my son’s watch to my plan but it’s not offering me the option during setup.

  • AndMedh Andrew Medhurst ⏳🌍 ❤️ 🇵🇸 🦊 (@AndMedh) reported from Wandsworth, England

@VodafoneUK Thanks! Will @VodafoneUK consider sympathetically (under this support) any underprivileged families who don’t realise they’ve incurred out of plan data costs until the bill arrives?

  • loxsecurity LOX Security (@loxsecurity) reported from Brentford, England

...@VodafoneUK cannot tell me when the delivery will be made as the manufacturer @Apple will not tell them!??! #wtf So now I have to wait an undefined amount of time and nobody is accepting any responsibility?!? #diabolical #customerexperience

  • oilyblessed Essential Drops of Wellness (@oilyblessed) reported from Winkfield, England

Never ever choose @VodafoneUK first chance I’ll have to move from them I’ll do it... their agents are ignorant and not willing to help... I’ve been without a phone number for over 48 hours and after several hours on hold and being transferred to different departments they hung up

  • The_CaptAwesome Who's Simon? 👨🏻‍🎤 (@The_CaptAwesome) reported from Hammersmith, England

@VodafoneUK Nice work in getting people to DM you and then ignoring them. You’re customer service is truly awful @Ofcom should investigate your practices and false promises.

  • AndrewCarrier Andrew Carrier 🍸 (@AndrewCarrier) reported from Hammersmith, England

@VodafoneUK So - in short - Vodafone UK doesn’t support Family Setup on Apple Watch. Any plans to do so in the future or do I need to take my plan to @EE instead?

  • Geojam George Biswas (@Geojam) reported from Virginia Water, England

@VodafoneUK I keep having broadband connectivity issues, each time I end up spending an hour or more on online chats with your staff, some good, others not. In the end nothing is resolved & I’m convinced the real issue is the ancient Openreach infrastructure in my area.

  • leechristie4 lee christie (@leechristie4) reported from Epsom and Ewell District, England

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK I agree, horrible customer service... I wouldn't go back.

  • TheBillSexton Bill Sexton (@TheBillSexton) reported from Ealing, England

@VodafoneUK you network checker says good network here but I only have 2 bars and my phone has been dropping calls all day. What’s going on? Is it because I just delete the survey you sent me?

  • MillieCoulter Millie Coulter (@MillieCoulter) reported from Banstead, England

@VodafoneUK hey. We’ve just switched to a new provider of broadband, will you automatically stop our payments to you once that’s live or do we need to cancel our direct debit?

  • bengibsonphoto BEN GIBSON PHOTO (@bengibsonphoto) reported from London, England

@VodafoneUK Ah so I’m paying my bill to have little to no service in and around my house during a lockdown, excellent

  • superpiran Piran Sucindran (@superpiran) reported from Hillingdon, England

Just been told by @VodafoneUK to “wait until after shutdown” to sort out my ridiculous broadband issues! Utterly shambolic service start to finish!

  • maryyasmine Mary working from home (@maryyasmine) reported from Kensington, England

@cribby15 @Kaimurphy1 @VodafoneUK So Vodafone is crap and Three are crap in London too. Is EE and their incredibly expensive contracts the only provider with an acceptable internet coverage?

  • bengibsonphoto BEN GIBSON PHOTO (@bengibsonphoto) reported from London, England

@VodafoneUK Ah so I’m paying my bill to have little to no service in and around my house during a lockdown, excellent

  • stephendball Stephen Ball (@stephendball) reported from London, England

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Just tell them you are cancelling your contract but still want to use their network, that usually works. #holdallthecards #nophoneisbetterthanabadphone

  • jimkel40 jim kelly (@jimkel40) reported from Hammersmith, England

@VodafoneUK when are you going to fix your website. I’m trying to give you more business but whenever I try to do an upgrade all I get is a sorry message that there is a technical issue

  • paulinelillie9 pauline lillie (@paulinelillie9) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK Try Tesco never had a problem with them

  • S8KH_D S8KH_D (@S8KH_D) reported from Southall, England

@VodafoneUK why have you decided to deactivate my sim before i even receive the new one? Had to wait on hold for 2 hours to receive tech advise which has not worked. #useless @CPWTweets can i just cancel?

  • Matbeluca Matt Scammels (@Matbeluca) reported from Banstead, England

Trying to cancel my Pay Monthly Sim with @VodafoneUK after being told to do it online by their complaints team. There is NO option to cancel on the app, you have to call 191, but could have upgraded at the touch of a button. Now been 90 mins on hold. Next step @Ofcom.

Vodafone Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • stubamos Stu Amos (@stubamos) reported

@NUFCLC @VodafoneUK THE worst mobile phone network I ever used. Their customer service is abysmal! I don’t have enough bad words to say about them as a company.

  • Shizzle_5 Shirley Hill (@Shizzle_5) reported

@VodafoneUK Is there a Network issue

  • NobbyTrumpet Nobby's trumpet (@NobbyTrumpet) reported

@NUFCLC @stubamos @VodafoneUK Have you thought about walking into one of their stores and speaking to them there in front of potential customers? That sometimes works. I've heard nothing positive about Vodafones customer service

  • Leonard2010J Jack (@Leonard2010J) reported

@VodafoneUK how long does it usually take for QR code for an eSIM to come through? The SIM swapped happened instantly and I’ve no service at the moment

  • anshusharma91 Anshu sharma (@anshusharma91) reported

@VodafoneUK @ViCustomerCare Thanks for the response.i have done messages to Vodafone India but they are not even responding.please help.

  • ChrisGrose2 Chris Grose (@ChrisGrose2) reported

Today last week I got a new @VodafoneUK iPhone 14pro. Do you want insurance? Yes please for the 1 st time ever I have broken the screen on my iPad, rather not do it on a phone. Today I tested the insurance as the phone was taken from my pocket on the tube. Easy claim process

  • NUFCLC LC (@NUFCLC) reported

@callummnufc @VodafoneUK It gets a lot better mate. Told me they’d never once told me I was due a refund when in reality I spend two hours on the phone to a woman promising once the weekend was over it would be back in my bank. Told me she’d left - for her to answer the phone today.

  • TomBLaw Thomas Brown (@TomBLaw) reported

@VodafoneUK broadband engineer was supposed to attend today, didn’t turn up. Apparently it was ‘rejected’; no explanation by your telephone operator just now, no apology, and apparently I have to wait 24 hours to make a complaint??

  • bradley_mills18 Bradley Mills (@bradley_mills18) reported

@VodafoneUK Making me wait 3-4 weeks for a new phone due to supplier issues is awful 😣

  • haruma haruma (@haruma) reported

Funny thing: of you contact @VodafoneUK 's customer service chat about broadband, they tell you another department looks after that and that you should call their support number. If you do, you get a menu saying that no agents are available and to contact online chat. #catch22
