I’m on hold to customer complaints @VodafoneUK and I am astounded by the rudeness of the agent I have just spoken too. I’m gobsmacked he spoke to me the way he did. If he was my member of staff he would be disciplined and dismissed.

@VodafoneUK They don’t use social media. But we have heard him make several long calls (45 mins or more) over the past few weeks trying to sort this. And then apparently to whisper after he told them he had hearing difficulties. Appalling. I’m sure you can track it down.

I don’t normally do this but has to be said that @VodafoneUK Have delivered some of the worst customer service of my entire life the past few days. Contradicting statement, lost SIM cards, no explanations. Spent 2 full days dealing with agents and no resolution.

@VodafoneUK terrible service! My Mum’s phone was stolen yesterday, been told three times it has been blocked. Each time we’ve called it and someone has answered so no block. Told new phone was available to pick up in Paddington store, an hour later told there’s none in stock.

@VodafoneUK this is farcical. I have deleted cache, deleted android app, tried on PC, Imac Macbook and IPhone. All devices have twitter images down on Vodafone internet and mobile. All work OK on neighbour's BT broadband. The problem is with Vodafone not our devices.
