    @VodafoneUK I upgraded my handset in July 2018 to an iPhone X. The battery started loosing capacity few weeks ago and today I called customer services and asked if I could make an appointment in the Westfield store to have it replaced. The ******* the phone was helpful.

    @VodafoneUK Shocking online customer service. Clearly said I wanted to cancel SIM only deal and both agents said you need to send the handset back in a pre-paid envelope. Thank goodness your telephone agent redeemed the situation.

    @VodafoneUK Wireless, our router is fine - this was established on the chat in the app. We have tried wired connection/resetting router etc etc. We get a lot of of “DNS server” errors. We have no internet connection at all at the moment (for approx 20mins) but this appears to be a new issue
