In the end nothing is resolved & I’m convinced the real issue is the ancient Openreach infrastructure in my area.

Bad tower or something. Refused to pay my contract which they wouldn’t let me out of, still have not paid it.

There is NO option to cancel on the app, you have to call 191, but could have upgraded at the touch of a button. Now been 90 mins on hold. Next step @Ofcom.

Site is always down and app won't let me log in due to "internal errors" so I can't even reach customer service. Luckily the contract is up soon, switching for sure.

I've requested the sim swap, and it "should take an hour but can be 24 hrs". It's WAY over that now. I can't setup apps without sms service.
