    @VodafoneUK I have a serious issue with my account - your call centres have taken 4 weeks and still not fixed. After switching with PAC to you at beg of April I still cannot rcv incoming calls or send/rcv txts. This service is atrocious

    @VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

    @VodafoneUK You make it sound like, whatever. Today is our EIGHTH day without internet! 8 days without ordering food or medicines online, cancelled online meetings, home security, Alexa, online TV apps, modem printer, all kaput. Worst of all, you never even TOLD customers it was planned.
