    @Mr_Jimbob @VodafoneUK You are right. I saw it as an empty ‘thank you’. Like their service. I mean, he is happy to help me with my upgrade but he is not actually being helpful as he didn’t provide me a link to the available information nor a simple ‘thank you’ for your custom.

    Here’s where the intelligence of technology falls down. I suspect the phone is in stock but not in the colour I arbitrarily ordered. They’ve not said ‘hey, if you ask for the space whatever, we can give you that!’ so I’m just left wondering...@VodafoneUK

    @jcampbell_05 @VodafoneUK For some reason I just went ‘yeah sure midnight green’ because it was the first option but holy shit I don’t care I just want my upgrade. But Vodafone sort of weirdly assumes you won’t be open to Any Other Option.

    I decided to change from o2 to @VodafoneUK . So far I am not impressed with the customer service. Phones we ordered are on back order , that’s a week ago. Can’t get anyone on the line to track my order and as for finding out on line. You have to have a Vodafone number!

    Classic @vodafoneuk . I upgraded, they sent me a broken phone. I called, they promised a replacement delivered at 1800 today in an hour slot. Of course it hasn’t turned up. They say it’s not their responsibility, it’s DPD. Won’t tell me if they booked the hour slot or day slot.

    @VodafoneUK I know that. The issue is that I’m not using my phone any differently to how I normally would and the data is just constantly dropping. I used to have at least 3-4gb left toward the end of the month and now I’m lucky if my 16gb lasts at all.

    @VodafoneUK experience that I totally regret. They haven’t changed or improve at all. In fact they’re getting worse. With incomplete unfriendly lying staff. That’s there just to lie and deceive you as a customer.

    @VodafoneUK stop charging me for skysports packages - 1. I didn’t sign up for skysports2 in the first place. 2. Apparently you can’t refund me, I have to contact sky - weird. 3. I only renewed my contact less than a month ago but I’ve been charged 4 times for skysports #terrible

    They did actually cancel it after 2.5hrs... & 2 attempts to sell me other Vodafone products I didn’t want or need - really poor customer service - your telephony team were amazingly, worse Counting the days until the end of @vodafoneUk contract & telling anyone who will listen!

    @VodafoneUK After nearly 10 years and thousands of money and stress spent by being a customer of this company. I decided to leave. And one moment of weakness decision I returned 3 months ago. And I can tell you Hans on heart that I wish I haven’t. Because it’s a completely awful

    Update - DPD tried to deliver at 1030 this morning. When I wasn’t home. Funny that, given @VodafoneUK had promised they would book at hour delivery slot at 1800. I asked them to confirm they had done it and the ‘customer service’ person hung up rather than answer.

    Some scammers are nice and others are blimey rude. +44 7592 535196 called claiming to me from the HMRC. Told him I’m going to report him to the police. Asked for his name. His answer “s*** my d***”. I rarely answer my phone nowadays. @MPSNortholtMand @BBCMorningLive @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK don’t bother taking a contact out trying to charge us an extra £14 a month compared to what the quoted! Can’t make business calls! Asked them to call back yesterday had no response back and now they have put our account on hold. @ofcom complaint coming in soon.
