MttB (@TrumptonRiot) reported from City of London, England@VodafoneUK I’m a Business Premier customer with damage insurance. My phone has a fault (really quiet on a call). -
Freya (@speelingmstake) reported from Poplar, EnglandSo I'm now reaching the end of day 3 with no phone service cos @VodafoneUK can't seem to fix whatever they've done to switch off my service. Had to navigate London with a paper map, no one has been able to get hold of me off Twitter/Facebook.

🦄 (@_EmsMarie) reported from London, England@VodafoneUK I know that. The issue is that I’m not using my phone any differently to how I normally would and the data is just constantly dropping. I used to have at least 3-4gb left toward the end of the month and now I’m lucky if my 16gb lasts at all.
-

Ben Fisher (@BenFisherCT) reported from Islington, England@VodafoneUK Hi, I will private message if that’s okay. The signal coverage here says full signal inside and out on the Vodafone website, with limited 5G coverage. But I can’t anything except 3G (50%-75% signal). If it was decent 3G it wouldn’t be a problem but 1.3mbps isn’t enough.

TheNeutralGuy (@masterchiefPK) reportedExtremely poor service by @VodafoneUK for international travelers. For frequent travelers like myself I often buy data eSIMs for myself and family however I was left stranded when my Ireland eSIM stopped working in Scotland.
