    @VodafoneUK Hi. I’m an existing customer who is now out of contract. I’ve signed a new contract with you but via a 3rd party website (sooooo much cheaper!!). I’m assuming when the new phone arrives tomorrow you can transfer my existing number onto my new phone / SIM?

    @EmilyDo149 @VodafoneUK No info at all Emily, it's an Openreach problem but they for some reason aren't updating Vodafone... There are many people here affected too, I'm looking at the Openreach Help feed too for anything 😕

    @BigRossM28 @VodafoneUK This is their complaint number 0808 004 4900. You can at least speak to someone, they probably still won’t be able to resolve your issue in a reasonable timeframe, but it’s better than automated services and being passed around.
