@VodafoneUK Technical challenge since day 1, called several times until I got to the tech 2 team who has made it clear they can’t help!! Invested a couple days worth of investigation to find others r having same. didn’t take ur customer service a minute to process cancellation.

@VodafoneUK I’m dealing with someone called Calum, who clearly doesn’t know how to work under pressure, in a crisis situation you need strong people. Is it possible to talk to someone at Vodaphone, no one is picking up calls, response time via message is unacceptably slow.

Anyone who’s followed our tedious frustrating saga w @VodafoneUK’s lack of service this week - I reassembled router myself yday (necessity mother of invention) & now working again. Dr Wife can now do her remote #NHS diagnoses. Vodafone have lost a customer at end of all this.

@VodafoneUK Hi, I will private message if that’s okay. The signal coverage here says full signal inside and out on the Vodafone website, with limited 5G coverage. But I can’t anything except 3G (50%-75% signal). If it was decent 3G it wouldn’t be a problem but 1.3mbps isn’t enough.

Just dialled @VodafoneUK on 191 for 1st time as a new customer. I have to say in my 50+ yrs on this rock, I have never used an automated system as unfit for purpose as this. Has anyone from #vodafone tried to use it themselves? It just does not work. #poorservice

Just spent an hour in a queue on @VodafoneUK broadband chat for them to cut me@off immediately. Ordered broadband over 5 months ago and still not connected. Contacted and complained 30+ times and they don’t do anything. Why is your customer service so bad???
