    @OpenreachHelp Youโ€™re rude and aggressive engineer turned off my WiFi while fixing a neighbours yesterday. @VodafoneUK have confirmed this. I do not see why I have to wait 3 days to have you send someone out to turn it back on. Please DO NOT send the person who came yesterday

    So I'm now reaching the end of day 3 with no phone service cos @VodafoneUK can't seem to fix whatever they've done to switch off my service. Had to navigate London with a paper map, no one has been able to get hold of me off Twitter/Facebook.

    @VodafoneUK I know that. The issue is that Iโ€™m not using my phone any differently to how I normally would and the data is just constantly dropping. I used to have at least 3-4gb left toward the end of the month and now Iโ€™m lucky if my 16gb lasts at all.

    Have had the most horrific customer experiences in my life with @vodafoneuk @vodafonegroup what should have been a simple task of cancelling an unused contract (5th attempt) - the chat operative took nearly two hours trying to sell other products & call operator just hung up! ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @mcginn12 @VodafoneUK Are you on iPhone? I believe there's a browser issue if not set as safari default. Fix is being worked on but that's a temp work around (set default browser as Safari)

    Ordered #GigaCube from @VodafoneUK and I had the worst experience ever with a provider.. The delivery was delayed for 2 weeks, then they over charged us significantly, speed was so slow.. Wanted to cancel and they said I have to pay ยฃ500.. really DISAPPOINTED in @VodafoneGroup

    @VodafoneUK I find it very inappropriate that Iโ€™ve reached out as Iโ€™m struggling with my bill and your customer service advisor has tried to pressure me into buying a new phone contract! Then when Iโ€™ve said no hasnโ€™t been able to help me at all and closed the online chat ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @VodafoneUK why is your internet connectivity so poor in Leeds City centre? I am having to use WiFi to load basic web pages, it's unusable. From looking online it appears I am not on my own and most people on your network are in the same boat.
