    @VodafoneUK Hello, my wife has contacted you about her contract and upgrading. The phone call took 2 1/2 hours to connect before being told that they couldn't do anything and to seek advice online. It is subpar customer service and I want to know how it'll be remedied

    @EE if I move to your network in November, would my 4G data be subjects to blocks from certain streaming servers? Only I’m sure @VodafoneUK who I’m currently with have blocked my access to steaming servers with which I do my live radio shows

    16 minutes on hold to @O2 - then the call got dropped. I think I’m going back to @VodafoneUK … all I want is average to good customer service.

    @VodafoneUK Hi I’m trying to sign up for the Red 150 24m sim only deal but when I try to select esim when I’m in the review your basket phase, it won’t let me select esim, have tried on different browsers to see if that was the issue. Are you not able to do an esim on this deal?

    @VodafoneUK contract up today with 3 phones. Spoke to 3 customer services advisors last week all were meant to call me back. None did, looks like I’ll be joining @EE or Sky. 17 years of custom lost.

    I really don’t know what I’m paying for with @VodafoneUK anymore you binned the Wi-Fi on the tube (and I barely ever use the jubilee so cut the crap that that has 5G) and the international data on Vodafone ES was utter rubbish. Struggled to get a signal much of the time.

    @O2 Do you think it will be today, tomorrow, Monday? A rough indication would help. Please would you also advise if I can cancel the contract and phone altogether with no penalty? Right now, it would be much easier for me to just stay with @VodafoneUK than to move to @O2.

    @metimwright @VodafoneUK @Wimbledon We don’t need anymore evidence when trying to use their 4G for anything hotspot related, usually it’s slow and fails a lot of the time

    @VodafoneUK why is it all of a sudden this week I’m having issues connecting to internet radio servers to broadcast my shows live? I’d say you’re controlling what I can do with my data service and that’s not on. I’m on unlimited data and should be able to do as I wish legally

    @VodafoneUK U're trying 2 charge me £1669.80 data usage in Sierra Leone I didn't use! I was there 50 minutes &didn't use my phone.Switched frm O2 years ago & remained vodaphone customer even tho there is no service in many places! Now this? I offer£40 good will off bill! Really??

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I tried cancelling my policy due to finding a better deal. I wanted to try to do this the ideal way by calling and thanking you for the service you provided, but your little robot guy referred me to the phones, then your phones referred me to the little fella

    @LIAMCOXON1 @VodafoneUK Bad when you think i did actually have one but @VodafoneUK couldn’t/wouldn’t change the contract they ****** up on in the first place so i had to go out my way to take it back now its 4 weeks down the line still waiting. Half tempted to cancel tbh and go to apple for the max

    @VodafoneUK And so the wheel turns again. Ryan , Mukith and Kenny have all had a go at justifying this so by all means have a go. So far I have been fobbed off. I have been a Vodafone customer for years and years and have several connections. Never again !!!

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone just lie. Sold me a renewal plan to find out they couldn’t honour. Then promised a call back within 36hrs to sort, 48hrs later nothing ! Disgraceful customer experience
