Dazzer (@dazzer2103) reported from Wandsworth, England@VodafoneUK I have been let down by Vodaphone. My engineer visit was booked for 01/02 and I change this to 04/02 I waited in all day and no engineer arrived. Soonest I can get an engineer now is 14/02 UNACCEPTABLE. I want to cancel my contract.

Contradicting statement, lost SIM cards, no explanations. Spent 2 full days dealing with agents and no resolution.
