Almost 2 hours on the phone to @VodafoneUK - passed to 3 different departments(explaining my situation each time🙄)only to finally be told to go to a store to sort it out once they reopen on the 2nd 🥵Also sent 4 DM’s on here with zero response.Pretty rubbish customer service 👎

@VodafoneUK my new iphone 12 max pro was snatched in street in Vauxhall. Unfortunately not insured. Been a customer for over a decade, now have no phone, just a contract to pay for another 23 months. Already have an additional data line. Seems very unfair. @metpoliceuk @Ofcom

Given up the will to live after 1hr 16m on hold to @VodafoneUK Trade In team. Really poor that I have to call to sort out an issue they caused and I need to do the legwork. So far it’s been 16 phone calls, 4 live chats. And I’m still being billed for £465!

@VodafoneUK I got through to them that an eSIM was not a physical thing, they sent me the required email eventually 2 days later, and I’m up & running there at least. Between this & the broadband which still isn’t working, I’m distraught at the amount of hrs I’m spending trying to fix things

@VodafoneUK BB guarantee is a total #scam. 3 boosters and 20 phone calls and many fixes later. We still have 3 dead rooms and multiple devices unable to run. Vodafone refuse to admit there is an issue. I’ve now had to pay a huge cancellation fee to get BB elsewhere! #vodafail
